Blowing in to thin air, all the misconceptions about coffee, now its hailed as the Elixir and the best bet to protect the heart. Lowers the risk of Parkinson’s and cancer equally.

I have the habit of having atleast 3-4 cups of coffee everyday. I call myself as coffee addict.. But Rambabu's post makes me little happy. Anyway , I have to reduce the quantity of intake.

hi guys, Though drinking coffee helps with constipation and contains some antioxidants it also has caffeine,toxic metals, it sometimes dehydrates the body

You should go ahead with this healthy practice of yours. Now i'm thinning to switch over to coffee from tea soon

Iam having 2 cups of coffee daily. Some times I used to prefer for black coffee.

I like coffee only. Could you please let me know the reason for switching over to tea from coffee so that I can think about it if it is useful?

including coffee in our diet in mild quantities is good for our health. but excess may harm our body as it contains coffein.
