here i have noticed people feel difficult to laugh when they are in tense and stress. A tip for them, when they are stressful or tense, they should try to watch a comedy show or watch comedy photos which make them laugh i mean they could not stop themselves from laughing
Yes I follow it,when I am in stress I see comedy movie.
I guess laughing is the best one among them.. Counting breath is sound weird.. I mean how can it help?
Laughing out is always the best way to relieve stress and keeping yourself fit.I always see people laughing loudly in park in the morning with their regular exercise they know the importance of laughing. :)
When i feel stress i move out for some time like walking to get fresh air it is also good for this.
Walking in fresh air relieves stress and also its good for health.Main thing is one should indulge him/herself in the thing which he/she have an interest that would definitely reduce stress. :)
Music, read or movie... That;s what i do...
I also watch comedy movies/serial when I am stressed as that way I forget the things which made me stressed. :)
