Having stress is not all good . to avoid stress you need relax and do meditation
Stress never borne you fruit. Instead those people who convert stress into hardwork succeed
Ya i am fully agree with you ketan who concentrate their mind in stress they definitely get success...........
If one knows how to counter how to counter stresses and overcome them they are good for our mental health. we only come out stronger out of them.
Stress sometimes is good when it is for productivity or for work.like if you have stress for finishing some work timely it will help you in doing it fast.but at the same time if its too much stress then you may do mistakes while finishing it and it may take more time then as usual.
There are different kind of stresses-1- you get nervous due to overwork and start doing things wrong or give-up.2- You become stronger mentally and work harder to finish it, you have the alternative in your hands.
even doctors also advice the same that one should not take much stress.
stress may also result into failure causing depression and sucidial conditions if not checked carefully.
Stress has become a part of our life now and brighter side is the output it forcefully make us do the work.

2-When you are tired and not feeling like working
3- While you are up against challenges. You perform best while against challenges.
Let me add few more

1. Due to worry about work, whether we can complete the work by the time of dead line given
2. House hold problems.
3. Feeling about life.

Although stress is considered to be an ailment but I believe,it's not always negative. Our best ideas do come when we are under stress - a kind of brain-storming you can say!

Oh, that's really nice piece of information shared by you on type of stress but what I am saying is most of the time this third type of stress only works. The other two just ruin our life..Is their any possible if all three of them occur at same time?

In that case keep the lid down, put the shutters down, pull your sheets, cover your head. AC on 16 in place of regular 20 and have a nice sleep. I do it once in a while, while that much stressed.

Well there is no other way too... :laugh: But please don't put such a low degree for your AC, its not good...a doctor told me.. :)
