Little stress is good. Too much of anything is bad. Stressfull situation, days after days may led to many types of serious dieseases.
I have come across interesting obervation by a few management scientists who believe that tension does enable our minds to concentrate and focus better on problems.But tension as see in everyday life today is hardly desirable and beneficial!

yes, stress contain some advantage also. Due to stress, we may become more strong to achieve what ever we what to acheive

How much stress is 'too much' depends on your physical and mental strength. If stress is more than what you can bear, this is too much and need be avoided.
