KIRAN created new article Dictatorship in Italy..
Dictatorship is a one man rule or centralized rule. After the end of  World War I in 1918, the representative democratic system was adopted all over the world instead of royal reigns.During 1920-1930, Europe was divided into two types of nations namely 1. Winning Nations: The Winning nations were the winners of World War I and  were called as the allied powers. They were France, Italy and England. 2. Defeated Nations: The nations defeated in World War I were called as the central powers. They were Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria, Germany and Turkey. Both the defeated as well winning nations were deeply affected by the war. They had become bankrupt. The financial condition of the defeated nations was too bad, mainly due to losses in war and the humiliating treaties imposed on them. Rise of Dictatorship: After World War I, the global situation had become unstable and alarming. The world economy collapsed due to financial depression which resulted in wide spread unemployment and inflation. This gave rise to dissatisfaction among people. There was a growing tension among defeated nations as they were imposed with humiliating sanctions and war reparations. The League of Nations which was formed after World War I to maintain global peace and order failed in its objective. It could not restrict ambitious conqueror nations from territorial expansion. The hope of getting security from League of Nations was completely shattered.Even the democratic governments started collapsing and hence people lost faith in democracy. People started believing that there problems could be solved only by military means and hence they started gaining faith in another form of rule called as centralized rule. This led to the rise of dictatorship. Italy after World War I: Italy was one of the victorious nations of the World War I.But it had become bankrupt due to the financial losses incurred during war.Italy was disappointed by the allied nations as it was not given the promised Italian speaking areas of Germany and Austria, Port of Fume and colonies in Africa e.g.Ethiopia.and even it was deprived of share in war reparations. There spread a sense of frustration in Italy. Reasons for rise of dictatorship in Italy: After first World War, the economy of Italy had become unstable. Industries were shut down.Trade and business came to stand still. As industries were closed there was widespread unemployment.Production of goods came to stand still, there was scarcity of essential commodities. Hence the prices of goods sky rocketed.Soldiers too became jobless. There was no security of life and property. People of Italy lost their faith in their democratic government.Between 1919 to 1922 six coalition governments came into power in Italy. The Fascist forces played their leading role in driving Italy out of depression. In the year 1922, Fascist party captured power in Italy under the leadership of Benito Mussolini. Fascism of Benito Mussolini: Benito Mussolini was a son of Blacksmith. He participated in first World War as soldier. In 1919, he formed Fascist party. He started giving assurances to people through different public programmes. He ensured them that he would revive the reputation and past glory of Italy and would give them bright future. He organized the Fascist Party. It was originally a combating unit with its activists in black uniform. He made a 'bunch of sticks' and an 'axe' the symbol of his party, where bunch of sticks represented unity and axe represented strength. Fascist Ideology: Fascism believed in the principle that,' nation is greater than its citizens '.It adopted the anti-communist policies. Its main aim was glorification of Italy and assuring bright future to the people of Italy. It wanted to integrate the Italian speaking areas and recapture Port of Fume and colonies in Africa. Italy under Benito Mussolini: He made the King only the titular head.Political parties and trade unions were banned.Press was censored.Only members of Fascist party were elected to the National Legislative Council. The members and officers who opposed his policies were tried under false allegations and put behind the bars.Industrial development was given the top priority.Ideology of Fascism was spread through education.Freedom of press was restricted to ensure that nothing wrong is written about Fascism.  Mussolini's expansionist policy: In 1923, Benito Mussolini captured islands in Aegean sea from Turkey. In 1924, he captured Port of Fume by virtue of its naval power. In 1936, he attacked Ethiopia.League of Nations failed to control the expansionist policy of Italy.Italy became very aggressive under the leadership of Benito Mussolini.  The aggressive policies of Italy and other dictator nations led to international conflicts and resulted in the devastating World War II.Finally, in the year 1945 Mussolini was executed by Italians and his body was hung upside down for public viewing and as a mark of confirmation of his demise.

KIRAN created new article Kalinga War.
The great Mauryan emperor Ashoka ascended the throne of Magadh in the year 273 B.C.He as the son of the Mauryan emperor Bindusara and the grandson of Chandragupta Maurya. Walking on the footsteps of his forefathers he set out to expand his empire. One such expedition of Ashoka was against the strong Kalinga kingdom situated on the Bay of Bengal. Attack on Kalinga: In 261 B.C., the 12th year of emperor Asoka's reign, he sent a message to Kalinga King Kalingraj, asking him to submit Kalinga to the Mauryan empire.but the Kalinga king refused to submit his kingdom to the Mauryan empire. As a result, angry and furious Ashoka led a huge army against Kalinga.               The freedom-loving people of Kalinga offered a stiff resistance to the mighty Mauryan army and fought fearlessly. The entire kingdom of Kalinga was turned into a battlefield. The Kalinga King Kalingraj himself led and commanded his army in the battlefield. However the small and limited forces of Kalinga were no match in front of huge and overwhelming Mauryan army. But the people of Kalinga fought fearlessly to retain their kingdom and freedom. Contrary to Ashoka's expectations, the people of Kalinga fought with great valor that on number of occasions they came very close to victory. The soldiers of Kalinga perished in the battlefield fighting till their last breathe for their freedom. The victory ultimately rested with Ashoka.              The war took a tremendous toll of life and property. The 13th Rock Edict of Ashoka throws light on the Kalinga war.At least 100000 Kalingans were killed while another 150000 were taken as prisoners. An almost equal number of Magadh soldiers were also killed. It was the bloodiest war, Ashoka had ever fought. There was not a single man left in Kalinga to live a life of subjection under the Mauryans. Outcome of the Kalinga war: It is the only instance in the history of wars which brought a complete transformation of a stone hearted ruler like Ashoka. The scene of war of complete devastation and bloodshed presented a horrible picture in the eyes of Ashoka. There were dead bodies of soldiers, wounded soldiers groaned in severe pain and agony, vultures hovered over the dead bodies, orphaned children mourning the loss of their nears and dears, widows looked endorsed in grief and despaired old men.                At this sight of extreme misery, the cruel hearted emperor Ashoka was overwhelmed with remorse. He realized that his victory at the cost of such a tremendous human suffering was worse than a defeat. He took a vow that henceforward he would not use arms for the expansion of his empire. In future his campaigns would not be for military conquests but for peace and spiritual conquests called as 'Dhamma Vijaya'.               He then embraced Buddhism and devoted himself to propagate Buddhism among the people.

KIRAN created new article Imperialism in Africa.
Imperialism is derived from the Latin word 'imperium' which means 'right to rule'.The definition of imperialism is the domination of undeveloped nation by a developed nation by virtue of establishing a colony.Africa - the second largest continent was imperialised by the European nations and was exploited economically. Discovery of Africa: Bartholomew Diaz, a Portuguese sailor undertook an ambitious mission to discover sea route to Asia.As slowly and gradually he began his mission, he could only reach till the cape of good hope which is located towards the southern most tip of Africa. He could not complete his mission because at this point his ship was hit by storms so he actually named this place as cape of storms.Although he could not complete his mission but this mission was extremely beneficial as the resourceful African continent came to the notice of Europeans. Slave of Trade: After the discovery of the coastal regions, Europeans started the most inhuman trade in Africa called as the Slave Trade. It is the trade of buying and selling of human beings.Europeans used to take the African people as slaves to work in industries as workers and as laborers in agricultural farms. The condition of slaves was too miserable, they were exploited economically and physically. They were compelled to work for longer hours with extremely poor living conditions. The Unknown Continent:  Till the 18th century, the European trade was restricted to the coastal regions of Africa. The specific geographic composition of interiors of Africa was not known.Africa is a large continent with diverse geographical features such as dense forests, big lakes, perennial rivers and vast tracts of deserts. As Europeans did not know much about the interiors of Africa till the 18th century, it was termed as the ' Unknown or Dark ' continent. Discovery of interiors of Africa:  In the middle of the 19th century, five ambitious Europeans travelers discovered the important  regions of Africa. The five ambitious travelers and their discoveries are as follows: Mungopark: He discovered the course of river Niger which is situated to the south of Sahara desert. He is also the first European to visit famous African city named Timbuktu. Captain Spake and Sir Samuel Baker: They went into the dense forests of Africa and discovered the big lakes of central Africa. They named the lakes with the names of their Kings and Queens e.g. Lake Victoria, Lake Albert, Lake Edward. David Livingstone: He was a Scottish preacher who discovered the stream of river Zambezi. He also found the regions around Lake Tanganyika and Lake Nyasa. Stanley: He was a British-American journalist and he wrote two important books on Africa namely- Through the dark continent and Darkest Africa. The travelogue written by Stanley created curiosity among the Europeans about Africa. The travelogue created among the Europeans, a kind of attraction towards Africa and there arose a public opinion favoring colonization of regions in the African continent.A sense of competition grew among the European nations to capture the best and strategic regions of Africa. Thus, scramble for Africa began. First colony in Africa: Belgium is the first nation to erect its colony in Africa.Belgium King Leopold II established the first colony in Congo river basin. He accumulated crores of wealth by means of exploitation and oppression. Berlin Conference: The European nations held a conference at Berlin in 1884-1885.It was based on the principle of ' Effective Possession '.It gave consent to King Leopold's possession of the Congo region and passed a set of directives for the division of African continent. It was collectively agreed that the new possession of a region would be interactively decided.Later by 1914, European nations colonized the entire African continent. Colonization of Africa:  Portuguese colonized the eastern regions of Africa namely Angola and Mozambique. Italy captured the African regions of Eritrea, Somaliland, Tripoli and Sirenica. France colonized the regions of Sahara desert, Algeria, French Guinea, Ivory Coast, French Congo, Madagascar Islands and Morocco. Spain colonized Rio de Oro, North of Morocco and some areas in Guinea coast. England colonized the maximum number of colonies in Africa. They colonized the region of Cape colony, Sudan province, Uganda, Rhodesia, Zambia, Egypt etc. Hence most of the African continent was colonized by the imperial European nations and exploited economically.

KIRAN created new article Entry of Superbug..
According to World Health Organization one of the most serious threats to the issue of global health care is the fight against Superbug. What are Superbugs? Superbugs are bacterium that carry multi-resistant genes and hence they can be no longer killed with current spectrum of antibiotics. Superbugs are resistant to multiple antibiotics and are able to survive long and mutate and pass on their characteristics to other bacterium. Main concern: The main reason for the development of Superbug is the unchecked use of antibiotics.Patients usually do not follow the prescribed dosage of antibiotics and hence the bacterium develops resistance against the antibiotics. The next time when patient suffers through the infection he can't be treated with the same range of antibiotics as it becomes ineffective. If this trend continues then it could lead to superbugs that could cause untreatable infections. Spread of antibiotic resistance: Animals are treated with antibiotics and their unchecked usage develops resistance in bacteria which stays in their guts When human beings consume animal meat which is not handled properly or cooked properly, the antibiotic resistant bacteria enter the human body. Fertilizer and water containing animal faeces when spread on crops pass the antibiotic resistant bacteria to crops and from crops they spread to human beings and other animals who feed on them. As we live in society, this bacteria continues to spread from one person to another. Antibiotics was the revolutionary invention in the field of health care, it saved millions of lives. However the development of antibiotic resistant bacteria has raised concern among health experts.Antibiotic resistance is being passed on easily and there is a fear of widespread of superbugs rendering diseases to become untreated.World Health Organization is afraid of post antibiotics world where loads of bacteria would be superbugs. Superbugs are becoming powerful and widely spreading and fearing the medical experts of untreated infections.Researchers have found humans in USA that are resistant to last slot of antibiotics and this has actually created panic among medical experts.Already there are many diseases such are tuberculosis, HIV AIDS, gonorrhea, pneumonia which are becoming difficult to treat with present set of antibiotics. It is high time to create awareness among about the proper usage of antibiotics.Patients need to be warned to complete the prescribed dosage. The researchers need to rigorously search for next generation of medication otherwise the day would not be far when we will be dying due to untreated  infections.

KIRAN created new article Rising risk of fake news..
Recently I saw the fake news about the death of actress Farida Jalal. I was shocked to see how media is being used as a tool to play with human emotions. It is really astonishing that alive person is being termed as dead. Meaning of Fake News: Fake news is an act of manipulating human beings and compelling them to believe in such misleading information and generating a sense of mistrust in the institution of media. It is an intentionally created  information containing factually incorrect content to mislead people for personal gains. With the rising influence of social media, internet, networking sites etc the frequency and the intensity of fake news has increased manifold times. Recent incidences of fake news: The recent fake news report of Israeli's planning to attack Pakistan with nuclear weapon against sending troops to Syria, made Pakistan's Defense Minister threaten Israel with retaliatory nuclear attack. In India a fake news was spread that the new Rs 2000 note contains an embedded GPS tracking chip. In 2012 Assamese were targeted in Bengaluru on the basis of fake news. Impact of fake news: Fake news can have huge implications on political, economic, military ans social aspect of a nation. The recent fake news report of Israeli's planning to attack Pakistan with nuclear weapon against sending troops to Syria made Pakistan's Defense Minister threaten Israel with retaliatory nuclear attack. We need to realize the intensity of such a dangerous news and its implications on security of the country. Such news could cause panic in people,it may lead to protest and  conflict leading to a disastrous situation. If such trend of fake news continues then it can erode the base of trust in the media, people would no more believe in true facts too. It hampers the spirit of fraternity and peaceful living and raises intolerance among mass Way-ahead: Press is considered as the fourth and one of the important pillars of democracy. Our Constitution under Article 19 guarantees freedom of speech and expression.Hence media, press being an important institution, its their moral responsibility to use Article 19 in true sense by publishing news based on true facts and incidences Internet is a source of information,it connects people from around the world hence its our moral responsibility to preserve its sanity and stop using it as a medium to spread rumors. Introduction Happiness is within us but we keep searching it outside as we are not aware regarding its existence within us. We have rather misunderstood it with success and achievements. We feel that if we reach our goal and attain success, only then we will be able to achieve it. In this case, happiness becomes destination and there is no surety whether we will reach it or not. If we fail to reach our destination then happiness may never come to us. Happiness is in fact a journey and we can remain happy in every moment and every second cause it is just a state of mind and is embedded within us. We need not search it anywhere outside. Happiness is Nothing but an Art of Living in the Moment Past is history and future is mystery and any thought regarding past or future is waste of time. Instead we should learn to live in present. We have to just do what we have to do without wasting even a single second about the outcome. This is because we do not have a control over outcome. Making efforts is in our hand and we just need to concentrate on that. Everything rest is illusion and whatever comes in our way should be accepted irrespective of whether it is favorable or unfavorable. There is no better time to start being happy than right now. Life is filled with challenges and hurdles and we cannot keep on postponing our right to being happy until we get our act together. We have to just learn to embrace the challenges cause they are a part of journey. Once we accept whatever comes in our way, life will start flowing around these challenges and will make through them. Thinking or worrying about time ahead of now is not going to make our today pleasant. However, living in the moment will teach us that happiness is a journey and thereby we will embrace it and revel in the moment. Happiness is not a Destination If some one is trying to find a way to happiness then they have to understand that there isn't any way. Happiness is just an experience which teaches an individual to live in moment and experience everything the present moment offers. Happiness is a journey and journey starts when we take our very first step. To reach our destination, we have to take one step at a time and just cannot take a big leap all of a sudden from starting point to the end point. This is the reason that each step is important and each step counts. We can remain happy throughout our journey and this attitude will make our entire path pleasurable. Reaching destination is the ultimate goal but when we are happy in our journey itself then the journey will seem pleasurable and not seem very difficult to us. All we have to do is accept ourselves, accept others the way they are as well as accept the challenges that come in our way. There is no way to happiness, in fact happiness is the way. Obstacles in Journey We keep delaying living our lives cause we do not feel like beginning to live it. We are living our lives but it is not real. We need to learn to live real life. We feel that we have to first settle unfinished businesses, pay all the debts, get our acts together and pass the obstacles. Only after we have successfully cleared all our hurdles, our life will begin. We just do not understand that this itself is life. Obstacles are a part of our life and we have to cross them by living a real, happy life and not cross them and be happy because ahead of crossing one obstacle stands many more such hurdles. Treasure Every Moment Time does not wait for anyone. If we do not live in the moment then we are going to lose so much. We cannot keep our one foot in the past, holding on to all those things which bothers us and the other foot in future, thinking about what it might bring to us. If this is the case then half of the time we will dwell in past and the other half spend thinking about  future. Rarely anything we do will make us cherish happiness in our present. Each moment counts and how we deal with present moment and the very next one and ahead of next one will actually decide whether we will ever be able to experience happiness or not. Happiness in Real Sense Happiness itself is real and changes its form cause it is present everywhere and in everything. When we allow it to change its form, we save ourselves from being disappointed by the change. It is found along the road and not at the end of the road where journey ends. Cause at the end, everything is finished, nothing awaits and thus need for happiness is today not tomorrow or anytime in the future. Happiness is a spiritual experience and awakening of accepting everything and everyone coming in the way and living every minute with love and contentment. Happiness is not a place where we can travel to or not an object which we can own. It is not a dress which can we worn or food that we can consume. Neither it can be earned nor it can be lost as it is present universally in non-destructible form. Real happiness is embedded within us and all we have to do is stop wasting our time searching for it in outside world. When we stop striving for it, we will achieve it. The more we share, the more it grows. Healthy Mind Leads to Happiness Happiness is a state of mind. An unhealthy mind who overthinks and is doubtful can never bring happiness. Deep sense of flourishing coming out of a healthy mind itself is happiness or in other words it can be said that happiness occurs in deep sleep. This is because only that person can be happy all the time who is in a state of deep rest i.e., in relaxed state. it is an optimal state of being. Mind is the one who interprets everything and if it is healthy then rather than making efforts to change the world, it will always change its perspective towards the world and this kind of interpretation will have a deep impact on happiness. A person who constantly tries to judge others and change them as per his wish can never be happy and a person who accepts others for who they are will reach optimal state. Happiness is neither a feeling of being happy nor it should be misunderstood for our good mood or pleasant emotion. Journey of Happiness Happiness is an inside job and can only be attained if we bring our thoughts, words and actions in harmony. In this journey of happiness, we need to focus on journey and not on destination as destination is not the key to happiness but happiness is the key to destination. If we are loving our journey, only then we will make it successfully to our destination. In this journey, we will encounter ourselves with innumerable souls and if we share our happiness with them then it seems to double but if we quietly reach our destination without enjoying the ride then we are missing so much in our lives. Secret of happiness is to share it with others and find happiness in others joys. It is more of giving than receiving. Happiness can never be a destination, it is a by-product. We relate it with success and achievements but it is rather much more than how much we possess. It is all about how much we enjoy in our journey rather than worrying about what is stored for us at destination. How to Achieve Happiness and Enjoy the Journey Happiness only comes to an individual who has made up his mind to remain happy. When he firmly makes up his mind and does some soul searching, he will realize that he does not have to look for it in the outer world as it is present within himself in abundant amount. Once he discovers this, he will cherish it throughout his life and share it with others. Happiness can be found if a person frees himself from distractions. Opening of all the internal blockage will lead us to the path of happiness. If we start accepting ourselves for who we are in this journey, we will make a great progress and will simultaneously start accepting others for who they are. Instead of longing for possessions in this journey, we will practice contentment in what we have and in this way we do not have to hunt for happiness anywhere else. We cannot buy it from some where, our actions itself leads us to it. It is not a station that we need to arrive rather it is a manner in which we travel and all we have to do is stop every now and then, take a pause and live in the moment. Conclusion Happiness is our conscious choice. We will remain happy only if we enjoy journey of our life and not worry about destination. Happiness is made up of small stops and tiny halts which will help us to stop every now and then so that these pauses help us realize how beautiful our journey is. All these will ultimately take us to our destination but we have to take frequent breaks to analyze everything that comes in our way. Simply taking a big leap to reach destination is of no good and also such leaps are so infrequent. If we do not care about these small stops, our destination will not be of any importance at all. Purpose of our life should be to enjoy happiness by living in present and share it with others to see it expand. Living in present will teach us that happiness is a journey and we have to enjoy our ride. We cannot ask for happiness on condition rather we can only discover it if we do not set any condition. Journey can be joyful and pleasant if on journey of our life, we have happiness beside us. Otherwise journey becomes dull and boring and even after reaching on destination we will not feel the way we were supposed to feel. Thereby wisdom lies in fact which teaches an individual to detach oneself from distractions and understand that happiness exists within oneself and also stop searching happiness in some materialistic comfort. We should no longer wait for hurdles to clear the road or until we get our act together cause hurdles are a part of our life and we will hardly find a clear road. We have to understand that happiness is a journey and thus enjoy it to the fullest.

Reena created new article Health is Precious Wealth.
Introduction Health is most important to us. It is more important than been wealthy. If we have all the wealth in our life but are not blessed with good health, then we will not be able to enjoy any benefit of been wealthy. Health therefore is more important than wealth and should rank on the top in priority list as nothing is more valuable than it. No matter how much money we earn, no matter how successful we become, we will not be able to enjoy all our earnings and success, if we are not blessed with good health. Bad health is a curse and will never allow a person to enjoy pleasure of wealth. Good Health Versus Bad Health Healthy person is one who is free from diseases and disorders. Health does not only refer to physical health but also to mental health. A sound mind in a sound body is what brings perfection in a person's life. This kind of life where health reigns supreme is actually a charm. If bad health robs a person then life rarely has charm for him. To him life becomes a burden and he will find very difficult to carry his life forward. His illness will always make him feel tired and he will keep complaining about one or the other thing. Health Versus Wealth A healthy person is capable of carrying his life forward and sings the glory of life. He is always active and happy and thus he is ready to face anything and everything that comes in his life. He may not be rich. Instead he may be deprived of wealth but has capability to work hard and earn his bread. On the other hand, a very wealthy person who is unhealthy will find his life difficult to carry forward. Wealthy man may envy healthy man. Wealth can buy all those entities which are essential as well as not so essential in our life. However, to enjoy them we need to have good health. Bad health steals appetite as well as sleep and no money or wealth can restore what is lost. Wealth is important but not as important as health is and thus it can be clearly stated that health is the biggest and greatest wealth in the whole world. Good Health is a Blessing Good health itself is real money of our lives. One can earn wealth as per capabilities and hard work. But more important than that wealth is earning good health which will be considered more precious when compared to all earnings. If we are blessed with good health then we can work hard to earn good wealth but if health is lost then no amount of wealth can bring it back. We overlook health and spend all our time and efforts on accumulating wealth. With time, we succeed in making a good fortune to us but we will also lose our health. This is because we hardly pay any attention to it and devote anytime to maintain it. For time being, we will feel that we are doing right thing and when we will realize our mistake, it will be too late for us to replenish our loss. Need for Good Health Most of us feel that wealth is important without understanding that health is the precious gift of life. It is essential for us to accomplish anything and in its absence life will become purposeless. A good health is essential as it will keep us sound and strong in all aspects of life whether it is physical, mental, social or intellectual. It cares for our well being and secures us from sickness and illnesses. it keeps us away from diseases and do not allow any sorts of disorders from developing in our body. It keeps us active and alert. It instills positive attitude in us and provides strength which will enable us to calmly overcome all the hurdles and obstacles in our life. It is the real charm of our life as sickness complicates everything and health simplifies everything. Healthy person is more energetic. Due to high energy level, he will have high efficiency to accomplish anything and everything and thereby earning wealth too will not be a complicated task for him. In absence of money or wealth, life becomes difficult and yes it does influence life of an individual to a great extent but in absence of health, a person loses the feeling of living a life. We feel money brings happiness and thus wealth makes person happiest and richest in the world. However, good health is the one that brings that spark in an individual which will make him happy and rich. Money can buy things but is not real wealth. Good health is the real wealth. Good Health Ensures Success Health does not come very easily to an individual. It cannot be earned by a shortcut or by any means of cheating. There is no easy way out and thus an individual has to live a disciplined life which will help him to keep his physical, mental and intellectual health at its best. This good health as well as discipline what he has inculcated in his life is the real key to achieve success. To achieve anything, no matter how difficult it may be, lots of dedication and discipline is essential and a person who has acquired these virtues in his daily lifestyle will not hesitate to accomplish anything by taking advantage of these virtues, even in the most difficult impossible scenarios. When this is the case, how can success remain away form that individual. How did Money Overpower Health We are living a very busy life in a crowded world where our every breath is dedicated to accomplish something and is mainly targeted to acquire and possess more and more wealth. We spend our whole life to gather as much wealth as our possession as possible and it is sad to know that we never realize that money never remains stable. It is the health which will remain with us in future too but money does not guarantee the same. Health brings contentment and security whereas money brings greediness and makes a person insecure. We have become so busy in acquiring gold and silver that we just lost our mind to keep health in good position. As life became more and more challenging and complicated, we started adapting to it and being in rat race means giving a tough competition to others by achieving success at a fast pace. For us success means possessions and wealth and this is how wealth overpowered our health and took the top spot and priority. Conclusion Earlier life was too simple and thus people were aware that health is the most precious gift of their life and thus took best care of it and wealth came only after it. But as life got more complicated and filled with challenges, we started giving wealth the top priority and today we hardly care about our health. Earning more wealth is good but concentrating a little more on health is always the best thing we can do. We have to understand that health is the real wealth of our lives and we should thus take proper care of it and maintain it as it will remain with us throughout our lives and guarantees stability to us. Good health can earn lots of wealth. However, no amount of wealth can bring back lost health. Good health is the biggest blessing and is most essential to live a happy life. Health is essential to earn wealth but wealth is not essential for good health. Good health is precious and real jewel of life.

Can you get better at your conversational skills? Absolutely. It may take some time to transform the conversational behavior that’s been entrenched all through your life, but it is achievable. To not make this longer than required let’s just skip right to some general mistakes most of us have made in conversations and some solutions to these problems.   Proper Delivery   One of the most significant things in a discussion is not what you say, but the way you say it. A change in these practices can make a huge differentiation in your tone and body language is a crucial part of any communication. Here are a few things that you have to keep in mind:   Just slow down. When you are thrilled about something it’s natural to get excited and start to talk at a rapid pace. Take a moment to breathe and slow down. It will make it a lot easier for others to pay attention and for you to comprehensibly deliver what you want to say to them. Speak up. You should not hesitate talk as loud as you must to for people to pay attention to you. Speak in a clear tone. Don’t mutter or mumble. It’s alright to show emotions. People would get bored after a while if you speak in a monotonous voice. Let your emotions reflect in your voice. Take a moment. Slowing down your conversation as well as adding a little pause between sentences could create a bit of excitement and anticipation. People would begin to genuinely get interested in listing to what you’re saying. Listen to good podcasts on the internet. Pay attention to how using tiny pauses between sentences makes what they are saying appear even more exciting. Learn a little about how to improve your body language as it can make the conversation a lot more exciting.     Tightening up   When in conversation with somebody you just meet or when the typical few topics have been covered, an uncomfortable silence or atmosphere may emerge. Or you may just become uneasy, not knowing precisely why. If you’re not sure how to move the conversation forward, you can always talk about the weather or the latest news. It’s a good idea to stay up to date on the latest water-cooler topics. Like what were the cliffhangers or twists on the most recent episode of a popular TV series. Comment on the decor of the party, or the kind of music that is playing in the background. You can always start discussing anything or anyone at the party.  Increase your rapport. If you feel edgy or strange when you meet somebody for the first time, just presume rapport. What I mean by this is that you visualize how you generally feel when you meet one of your close friends. And act as if that this new colleague is one of your close friends. Don’t exaggerate it, though, you may not want to get too close right away. But if you visualize this, you’ll go into an optimistic emotional position. And you’ll be more open and start a conversation with this new individual with a smile and a welcoming and comfortable manner. Since that’s how you chat with your pals. It may sound a bit crazy or too simple. But it truly works.   Don’t Talk About Sensitive or Negative Topic   If you’re in a small get together or where you are meeting some people, you should not discuss some particular topics. Discussing your ill health or affairs, your awful job or boss, technical jargon that only you and someone else in your field understand or anything that could ruin the mood of a conversation. You should always try to avoid such topics. You should not discuss religion and politics with strangers, as these are always a sensitive and personal topic.   Listen Carefully   “I like to listen. I have learned a great deal from listening carefully. Most people never listen.” – Ernest Hemingway Don’t be like the majority of the folks. Don’t just wait impatiently for your turn to talk, also check your pride and ego. Learn to actually listen to what the person is really saying.  When you begin to actually listen, you’ll pick up on lots of possible paths in the discussion. But stay away from yes or no type of questions as they will not offer you a great deal of information. If somebody mentions that they went fishing with their friends last week, you can, for instance, ask: Where did you go fishing? What do you like generally regarding fishing? Did you do anything else besides fishing?   The person will dig deeper into the topic, providing you more information to work with and extra paths for you select from. If they say that they don’t know, at first, don’t give up. Poke a little deeper. Question again. They obviously know. You just have to give them a little time to think about it. And as they begin to open up, the discussion becomes fascinating because it’s not on auto-pilot any longer.   Don’t Ask too Many Questions   If you ask lots of questions the exchange can feel like you are interviewing the person. Or like you don’t have much to add. One option is to use both questions and statements. For example, in the conversation above, you could avoid the question and say: Yeah, it’s a great way to just get away with your pals and unwind over the weekend. We like to go camping and play cricket or football. Great. We went out in my friend’s ferry previous week.    And then the dialogue can smoothly proceed from there. And you can talk about the cricket or football, or your favorite beer.    Don’t be an attention-grabber   Many people have been guilty of this. Everybody involved in a discussion should get their fair share of time to express their opinions. Don’t interrupt anyone when he or she is telling some anecdote or expressing his or her view on what you are discussing to switch the attention back to yourself. Don’t take over their story about fishing before it’s completed to share your fishing-anecdote. You have to find equilibrium between listening and speaking.   Control Your Instinct to be always Right   You should not argue and control your instinct to be correct about every subject. A lot of times a conversation is not really a debate. You should be able to keep the discussion in a pleasant and friendly manner. There is no one keeping score on who wins or who loses a conversation. Instead, just loosen up and facilitate to keep the conversation going in a friendly manner.   Don’t be Boring   Don’t brag on about your new bike for 15 minutes unmindful to your surroundings. Always be ready to drop a topic when you begin to turn off people. Or when everybody is getting fed up and the matter is starting to annoy them. Another way to have something exciting to say is just to lead an exciting life and to concentrate on the optimistic stuff. Don’t start to complain about your spouse or your job. Others don’t want to listen to that. Instead, speak about your last trip vacation, some amusing story that happened when you were there, your plans for next holidays or something hilarious or thrilling. One other way is to be actually paying attention.    Dale Carnegie once said: “You can make more friends in two months by becoming really interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you. Which is just another way of saying that the way to make a friend is to be one.”  A common knowledge about many things or at least open to discussing them, instead of trying to guide the discussion back to your preferred subject, is a good quality. You should be open to all kinds of topic. Don’t cling to one topic. It will make the exchange feel more comfortable and open. You will give the impression that you are a person who can discuss many things without any difficulty.  As you’ve most likely experienced with others; this quality is something you welcome in a discussion and makes you realize that you can bond with that person easily.   Not Responding Properly   You should open up and say what you truly believe, share how you feel. If somebody shares an incident, open up too and talk about one of your experiences too. Don’t just stand there staring and looking uninterested. Respond with short sentences. When somebody invests in a conversation, they would like you to invest too. You cannot constantly wait for the other person to make the initial move. When required, be the first person to open up and move the discussion forward. One way is to replace some questions with statements. It would make you less flaccid.   Not Making an Effort to Contribute   Sometimes you may think that you don’t have anything to add to a conversation. But make an effort in any case. Listen carefully and be genuinely interested in what the other person is saying. Ask constructive questions. Make appropriate statements. Be aware of your surroundings. Increase your observational skills to select fascinating things in your surroundings to discuss. Increase your own knowledge bank by growing your perspective. Daily read the papers and search the net for trending topics.  But don’t complicate it. Take one step at a time. If you try to do it all at once, it will be confusing and overwhelming for you. Just choose the two or three most significant things that you think requires improving. Consciously improve them by practicing every day for 2-3 weeks. Observe the difference and keep at it. Soon you will make it into a habit and you don’t have to try too hard. It would pop up instinctively when you are in a conversation.

Each day we need to cross so many hurdles. We have tons of responsibilities to fulfill and when obstacles make our path difficult, our health suffers. Health does not only refer to body, but to mind too. Body becomes tired, mind becomes restless. Heart no longer remains light. As a result our soul becomes injured and spirit gets crushed. Living daily with these kind of changes developing in our body may seem normal to us. This is because we rarely remember what vibrant living is. Most of us lose hope as we accept our present life style and do not even try to get back that vibrant feeling which we had once. We need not look for directions on outside as path or direction is inside i..e, within itself. When this internal path is followed, it will make our lives joyful and rich. Need to Heal One Self Stressful life will not keep us at ease and we will start feeling that we are out of sync. This feeling itself will bring pain and suffering and this feeling develops because our body, mind and spirit are not in sync. Low energy and lack of enthusiasm will always make us feel dull and we will often miss those vibrant colors in our life. This will lower our mood and we will always feel that we are not living the way we should live i.e., something is missing in our lives. We cannot live this kind of life and thus all these problems have to be addressed and thereby we need to follow a right path. Inner Healing Path Our inner self guides us in all walks of life. Only thing essential is that we have to learn to listen to it. Most of the times, we neglect our inner voice and invite trouble for ourselves. We need to learn to open ourselves to inner guidance as well as inner healing pathway. Our inner guide help us through our senses, visions, intuitions, dreams, insights and when we listen to these guidance, we follow a path of awakening. Healing is an internal change which will demand realization to acceptance that it is us who are responsible for creating our thoughts, feelings, characters, personalities, actions, destiny etc. We become wise when we heal ourselves from inside and thus we change ourselves, instead of changing the world. We all deserve to live life to the fullest and feel best. This is our right and thus we need to learn to heal ourselves from inside. Recovery Path Our healing path is as unique and sacred as we are. All the knowledge that is essential for our healing and to reach divinity is abundantly present within us. Our sacred healing path leads us to the path of spirituality where only wisdom breathes as there is no scope for ignorance. This path helps us to identify with ourselves and we find our way back to been empowered. We are usually stuck in our old belief systems. These beliefs are destructive and do not take us anywhere, instead they block us. Healing path present within us helps us enormously by providing complete clarity to us and also empowers us so that we become whole self. How to Begin Journey on Healing Path Changes have to be made so that we can begin our journey of internal awakening. Every individual's path is different and thus we have to stop comparing ourselves with others. A whole lot of commitment is required to walk on new found path. Going backward does not makes any sense. Healing begins when we want it to begin. Thus, desire is essential and for desire to arise we need to gain knowledge. Thus, reading becomes essential. Once one makes up mind to begin journey on healing path, one will face many obstacles and hurdles in way and that will lead to distraction and to stop deviation from right path, one has to take help of meditation which will relieve oneself from anxiety state. Spend more and more time with healer who will help in removal of all those filters we have in ourselves which works as our blockage. As we embrace more and more in our spiritual journey, more and more healing will take place within ourselves.

In this article, I want to share the success story of Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma. We could all learn and get inspired from his struggles and achievements, and dare to pursue our own goals. Many people get baffled by their success and become trapped in their own fears of failure. This could negatively harm the future prospects of your success and if something unexpected happens they blame others or their luck. But Vijay Shekhar Sharma had shown us how hard work could change your luck or fortunes. Enthusiasm, passion, and courage; these are some of the words that we could use to define the personality of the Paytm founder, Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma. It was not an easy task to establish a company like Patym. He may have faced a lot of difficulties in making the brand Paytm a success. Vijay Shekhar Sharma’s Inspirational Journey Name: Vijay Shekhar Sharma Birth: July 8, 1973 Place of Birth: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh Business: Founder and CEO of Paytm and One97 Communications Limited Early Life Vijay was born in a middle-class family. His mother was a housewife and his father was a very idealistic teacher, who thinks that taking tuitions was unethical. Vijay may not have been blessed with the luxury of having a rich family, but he inherited the values of his mother and father. Vijay was not enrolled in some expensive convent school; instead, he studied in a simple Hindi Medium school of Vijaygadh. He was an extraordinary student. He always comes first in his class and due to his high learning abilities, he passed the 12th exam at the age of 14. Now he had to leave Aligarh for his higher studies. He got admission in Delhi College of Engineering. He got the admission but the road ahead was a difficult one. He studied in Hindi medium from the start so his English was weak and due to this he had to face many hurdles in college. Vijay, who always was a topper at school, was barely passing the exams of engineering. It was all due to the fact that he was weak in English. He was getting frustrated by this and started to bunk his classes. Frequently he was thinking about going back to his home. But he still endured. He was determined to learn English and overcome this obstacle. He went to the market and brought old English books and magazines and with the help of his friends, he started learning English. He used a little trick here. He brought the Hindi and English versions of a book and studied them simultaneously. The most powerful tool, that a man has, is willpower. Vijay was a strong-willed person and he never backed down from any challenge. With hard work and perseverance, he got a good command of English. Vijay Shekhar Sharma’s interest in Business He was greatly inspired by the online entrepreneurs. He wanted to do something big online. He wanted to go to Stanford College because Yahoo was created there. But due to his financial condition and lack of command on the English language, it was not possible for him to go there. But there was another way. Vijay followed some Stanford geniuses and he could learn to code himself. He did just that. He learned to code from textbooks and made a content management system himself. Later this system was used by Indian Express and many other leading news publications. Started a Company Named XS He started a company named XS in the 3rd year of college, with his friends. Many people liked his business model. In 1999 Vijay sold XS to a USA based company named Lotus Interworks, for $500,000. He then started working in his own company as an employee. Working for someone else did not suit his personality and soon he left his job. Now that he had tasted the thrill of running a business, how could he just give up? He soon started to look for another business idea. One97 was Created After leaving his job, he created a new company name One97 in 2001. He invested all his savings in this company, but due to dot-com bubble burst, it was not a success. A business failure could break a person morally and financially. Vijay also had to face financial difficulties. His two partners also left the company. He had to live in a cheap hotel near Kashmir Gate in Delhi. To save money he would walk to his destinations and sometimes he would consume only to cups of tea a day and nothing else. But as they say, “Where there is a will, there is a way.” His persistence and hard work finally started showing results. His company provided innovative services to CDMA and GSM mobile operators. Slowly but steadily his company started earning profits. Created Paytm (Payment Through Mobile) Vijay was great at analyzing the future trends of technology. Smartphone sales were growing and a large section of the population was using it in India. He thought about creating a service to facilitate the cashless transaction. He presented the proposal of entering the payment ecosystem in front of the board members of One97. Since it was a non-existent market and the company was already earning profits, nobody was willing to take the risk. If he wanted he could have started his own company, but he didn’t do that. If it was some other entrepreneur, he would have sold his equity and started his own company. But he not only wanted to build a company but also wanted to build his own empire. This is what separates men from boys. Men build empires. Vijay invested 1% of his equity, roughly $2 million, on his new idea and created Paytm in 2010. Initially, it provided services of paying your DTH recharge and prepaid mobile recharge. Later they started increasing the number of services. They started with the option of paying electric bill and gas bill payment and after that Paytm started selling goods like other e-commerce companies. The recent note ban was like a lottery for Paytm. It grew exponentially. Currently Paytm is providing services, in every state, like prepaid mobile recharge, data card recharge, bill payments etc. Today it is the most popular online payment site of India. Economic Times selected Vijay Shekhar Sharma as “India’s Hottest Business Leader under 40.” He is and inspiration to all those people who want to succeed in life. It is a story of a man who dared to dream of starting a million dollar company when he didn’t have 10 Rs. in his pocket to buy food. So let’s get inspired from Vijay Shekhar Sharma and dare to dream big. Believe in your ability to overcome hurdles and obstacles. Never let some else set the limits for you. Nothing is impossible in this world.   Image Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vijay_Shekhar_Sharma                       https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paytm

KIRAN created new article RUSSIAN REVOLUTION.
A revolution that took place in Russia during an international war i.e. World War I is called as Russian Revolution. World War I started in 1914 and ended by 1917 and during this period, in the year 1917 a revolution took place in Russia. What is revolution? Revolution is a fundamental change brought about intentionally.Basically, we are replacing or altering an existing system with a new system based on new values and new principles. There are three main causes: political, economic and social. Russian revolution was an outcome of all the three causes i.e. economic, social and political.Hence it was the most intense revolution where all the three causes were playing a dominant role.It is also important for another reason, as it is the world's first communist revolution.Communism is a theory propagated by great philosopher Karl Marx. Communism is a theory and Russian Revolution is a practical example of this theory. Karl Marx and Communism: Karl Marx was a German communist thinker.'Das Kapital' and 'Communist Manifesto' are the two world famous books written by him.Karl Marx and Fredrick Engels collectively published  'Manifesto of Communism' in the year 1848.He did scientific analysis of human social development. He found that any society comprises of two types of people - Haves and Haves not.Haves are those who own the means of production e.g. landlords and capitalists whereas haves not are the poor people like framers and workers. He firmly said that haves exploits haves not and this leads to class struggle. With time as the struggle intensifies it leads to an intense conflict between haves and haves not.Karl Marx made an appeal " Workers and laborers unite, you have nothing to loose but your chains." He made a rallying call and urged them to unite for bringing social change. He firmly believed that, no power beyond Human power can bring about this change. He said that roots of change lie in the economic system of a society. Once the economy is changed ,the social customs and values are bound to change with it.He gave Communist Manifesto to establish a society which is free from all exploitation and inequalities.Communism is a theory in which all the means of production are publicly owned and managed by government. There is no such concept of private property. The role of state is to see that resources are distributed equally so that there is classless and divisionless society. Causes of Russian Revolution: 1. Social: In the beginning of the 20th century, Russian society was extremely unequal. The two systems- feudalism and bonded labor ruined the life of poor peasants and farmers.Life of common people was extremely miserable and hence the prevailing inequality in the Russian society was one of the causes of discontent among people. 2. Political: The political condition prevailing in Russia sow the seeds for revolution.   a. Despotic rule of Tsar: In Russia king was called as tsar and for 3 centuries this position was held by Romanov dynasty. In 1894, Nicholas II became the tsar. He was extremely despotic and cruel ruler. He opposed liberalism and progressive ideology. He banned the formation of trade unions and freedom of press was restricted.Due to his imperial strategy, Russian was growing as a huge empire but the internal development was negligible. He neglected the welfare of his citizens.   b. Rasputin Factor: He was a Serbian monk.He was actually a farmer who pretended to be a priest and claimed to possess miraculous healing powers. Tsarina Alexandra had 4 daughters and only one son named Alexei who was the future tsar of Russia. Prince Alexei suffered from hemophilia which is a genetic disorder that impairs body's blood clotting ability and Rasputin cured him several times on the basis of his healing powers. So Tsarina started blindly following him and Rasputin became her close advisor. During World War I when Tsar was busy in the war all the important decisions were taken on the approval of Rasputin. He replaced the ministers with his family members and friends. Russia's pitiable condition  in war was attributed to Rasputin and Tsarina. He made Russians very angry. 3. Economic: Agriculture was the backbone of Russian economy. But the technology used was outdated which hampered the food production and hence there was scarcity of foodgrains. Even the condition of industries was not good, there was no modernization. The defeat of Russia in war further worsened the Russian economy. The capitalists and landlords exploited workers and peasants by compelling them to work for longer hours and paid them low wages. Formation of RSDLP: As tsar opposed trade unions, they used to operate secretly. Various trade unions came together and formed Russian Socialist Democratic Labor Party in the year 1898.It comprised of two groups- Mensheviks led by Kerensky and Bolsheviks led by Lenin. As Lenin opposed tsar and his policies, he was exiled from Russia. Blood Sunday: 2 lac workers and peasants led by priest Father Gapon organised a peaceful demonstration at St. Petersburg and marched towards Winter palace. But the tsar's soldiers open fired on the unarmed people and there was a huge loss of human life.As this incidence took place on 22nd January 1905 which was a Sunday, it is called as Bloody Sunday. Workers's revolt at St. Petersburg: In the middle of October an event took place in Russia which gave new direction to Russian history.Entire Russia witnessed worker's strike.Worker's leaders assembled at St. Petersburg and formed the St. Petersburg Soviet. To pacify the situation Tsar Nicholas II assured people of granting fundamental rights and setting up Russian Parliament called as Duma. But all the democratic experiments failed in Russia and people's wishes were not fulfilled.  Russia on the eve of revolution: There was a political unrest in Russia. The World War I began in Europe by 1914.The attack of Germany on Russia dragged Russia in the war.Russia had to retreat from the war due to lack of arms and ammunition. There was a stream of thinking that the pitiable situation of Russia during the war period was an outcome of the deeds of Tsarina Alexandra and  Rasputin. Finally in January- February 1917 workers and soldiers came together and revolted against the government. It was an anti-tsar agitation as his soldiers too joined the revolt. He was pressurized to vacate the throne and ultimately on 15th March 1917 he abdicated the throne.Provisional government was formed by Mensheviks with Kerensky as the Prime Minister as Lenin was exiled. The provisional government continued the war against Germany. As Russia lacked modern weapons, the common man lost the faith in provisional government, they wanted peace and no more war. Entry of Lenin: Vladimir Ilyich Ilyanov rightly called as 'Lenin' who was exiled in Switzerland returned to Russia in April 1917.His entry was facilitated by Germany, as they knew that once Lenin enters Russia, he would surely capture power and withdraw Russia from war. So Germany could easily win the war.As Lenin returned to Russia, there was a huge conflict between Lenin and Kerensky. Finally Kerensky had to step down and people's leader Lenin assumed power in Russia and Russian revolution came to an end. Lenin is regarded as the father of Bolshevik Revolution. After coming to power, Lenin killed the entire Romanov family.Hence Russia saw a transformation from monarchy to communist state. So, Russian Revolution is also called as Communist Revolution.

One minute is a very short period. One minute is only 60 seconds. One minute passes in the blink of an eye. But if you want you could do a lot in one minute that can change your whole life perspective. Most of your major life changing events could occur in one minute. Every minute counts.   In one minute you could be grateful for all those things that you have and others do not. When you wake up in the morning you could prepare and plan the schedule for the day in one minute. If you are prone to procrastination then this habit would mentally prepare you and give you clear goals and tasks that you have to complete. In one minute you could forget about your selfish needs and put yourself in someone else’s shoes. In one minute you could decide to do something that would put a smile on someone’s face. In one minute you could think and behave like your ideal person. In one minute you could create your highest self-image in your mind. In one minute you could laugh whole heartedly. Take a minute to think before you are buying something whether you need it or not. We make a lot of rash decisions while purchasing and realize later that it was a mistake and you didn’t need that item. In one minute you could revisit those old plans and goals that you once set for yourself. But later forgot about them in the daily grind. In one minute you could thank someone for their help. You could call and make them happy by genuinely appreciating their help. In one minute you could show someone that you love them. You could tell them that you care about them. In one minute you could think and analyze all the bad habits that are hurting your well being. As long as you can not spare a minute to acknowledge that you have a problem, you could never get rid of it. Stop and think for a minute before you hurt someone with your words and your behavior.   For one minute sit and focus on your breathing. Learn to live in the moment and appreciate the beauty around you. Life will become simple and stress-free. In one minute you could decide what you really want to do in your life. What are your greatest expectations from life and what makes you truly happy? In one minute you could look in the mirror face your weakness and fears. Then realize your true strength.   Time is just your perception. If you are happy and excited, you would feel like time just flies. But when you are sad and depressed, one minute feels like an eternity. It’s the way you look at it that really matters. Use your time on this earth wisely and you will be happy and free.   Image source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time

Hacks are not shortcuts. They can be called as a better way of doing a  regular task.  Below are a few hacks that can save you time and money. This will also improve your social skills. 1.Never buy the latest gadget, bike or car as soon as it enters the market. There are many products that are launched with a lot of publicity and hype. But, many times, it fails to match the expectations of the consumer. Many latest mobiles could fail to perform and then it would only cause trouble. At least wait for three months after the product had been launched. Read the expert reviews and talk to people who are using that product. Not only that but if you purchase it later you would get a better deal on that.   2.When you join a new job do not criticize about your office environment or suggest ways for improving it, on the first day. Keep calm and understand the office environment. Take some time to get to know your colleagues a little better. First, establish yourself as a good employee and gain their trust. After that, you could give any suggestions to improve your work environment and no one would misunderstand you, or take offense.   3.Ask the salesman for a discount, even in a fixed price store or a mall. It’s possible that you won’t get any discount but it would boost your self-confidence. Who knows, you may get a discount. Never hesitate to ask.     4.If your boss or your colleague presents a great idea in a meeting or presentation, then openly praise them. They would really like it. Everyone wants to be appreciated. Most of the time people attending a meeting or a seminar are a little afraid to express themselves properly. In this environment when you acknowledge and praise their efforts, your relationship with them would improve.   5.While giving advice to a teenager or someone younger than you, always share your life experiences with them. Tell them about the mistakes you made, the wrong choices you took. Share the consequences that you had to face because of them and why you don’t want them to make the same mistakes.   6.If meet a person in the mall or gym or on the road, and you have some important business with them, don’t talk to them on the spot. Just make small talk according to the situation. They will appreciate this gesture and corporate with you better when you discuss it later.   7.Never bad mouth anyone behind their back. The person hearing it would get a negative perspective about you. You would present yourself as an untrustworthy person. Spreading negativity would only attract negativity in your life

The internet has increased financial and creative prosperity in a way that was unimaginable in the past. The internet has brought great resources, allowing not only established industries more circulation channel over a wider geographical area but it has helped individuals, through e-bay for example, and small independent business to boom. The internet is growing at an incredible rate and is a great resource for mass communication and information. It can be used to spread information everywhere in the world at a nominal cost. It is one of the most reachable forms of information in the world. However, not all information on the internet has a good use. In the past few years, there has been a rising worry over readily available information on the internet.  Censorship is primarily contrary to the idea of free speech. Censoring any material basically, blinds the public to a complete worldview. It assumes the condescending view that ordinary citizens basically cannot read extreme material without recognizing the error in it. If you have had access to sites which contains opinions that may not go down on the right side of a topic, does that mean that you will blindly be in agreement to it? No, of course, you wouldn’t. You have the ability to condemn what you consider to be ethically dubious.  “The only valid censorship of ideas is the right of people not to listen” - Tom Smothers It is contradictory for a government to state the general benefits of free speech then act in a deceitful manner by blocking certain areas of the internet. Given that the internet is used as a global and public space, the government has no right to the information, which may be accessible on the internet. The internet is not nation-specific. The government’s job is to run a country. They are not our babysitters. Any action or legislation that supports the ignorance of the people, by hiding information and the reality of the circumstances, is completely unacceptable. It is much better to let folks make their own choices. Bear in mind! We vote for leaders, not babysitters.

YouTube is the most popular video-sharing site in the world. All the latest movie trailers and songs are released on YouTube first before it is aired on TV. So if you want to catch the latest movie trailer you would go to YouTube. Another great feature of YouTube is that you could also upload your favorite videos and share it with the world. But you could use all these features of YouTube when you have a high-speed internet connection. A good internet speed ensures that you have an amazing viewing experience on YouTube.  But when the buffering speed of the video is slow or when it takes a long time to load, then it gets very irritating. When you are watching an exciting video and if it stops in between and starts buffering, then it ruins the whole experience of watching that video.  But there are some tricks and hacks to solve this problem. So let us learn how to increase the speed of YouTube. Factors that affect the speed of YouTube The first and obvious factor is your internet speed. The buffering speed of YouTube is directly dependent on your internet speed. The second factor is your computer hardware. If your computer runs on an old hardware configuration, then it may also affect your buffering speed. How to increase the buffering speed of YouTube up to 20% 1. Block the IP address used by CDN networks Content Delivery Networks is a system through which different networks deliver a website, based on your geographical location. The videos on YouTube are delivered by US-based servers, where the information was stored. When you watch videos through different servers, it affects YouTube buffering speed. So you should block the different IP addresses used by CDN networks. 2. Use the DNS (Domain Name Server) of YouTube You could increase the buffering speed of YouTube if you use the internet connection through a separate DNS connection. To do this, first, you have to go to control panel and choose Network Connections. Now here you have to choose Properties. In the properties, go to the menu and choose Internet Protocol. Open DNS addresses and insert the number of new DNS server. (You could search it on Google.) 3. Use SpeedBit Video Accelerator SpeedBit Video Accelerator is an excellent software to increase the buffering speed of YouTube.  This will also increase your overall internet speed as well. You can download the free version of this software. 4. Clear the cache data You should regularly clear your old cache and browsing data, such as history, passwords etc; so that your internet speed is not affected. There are software available on the internet that would regularly delete your unwanted and old browsing data. You could just search it on Google. 5. Change the video quality To increase the speed of YouTube, you could change the quality of the video. You could change the high-quality videos to low quality like 360p or 240p. 6. Close the Ads on YouTube While watching a video, when an ad suddenly pops up, it could reduce the speed of your video. You could install a plug-in that would stop the ads on YouTube. Adblocker is an excellent option. 7. Update your Browser You should regularly update your web browser. It is a very important factor that would help in increasing YouTube speed.  So these are some of the few simple tips and tricks that would help you increase the speed of YouTube and enable you to have a better viewing experience. I hope you will use them to improve the buffering speed of YouTube videos. It all ultimately depends on your internet speed but using these methods you could at least increase your default speed by 20%.

Do you have diabetes? Is any of your close family member or friend is diabetic? Are you sure you are not on the path of becoming a diabetic within next ten years? As many as twenty-five percent type 2 diabetics are unaware about their diabetes. India is currently called the diabetes capital of the world. Currently, it is estimated that 65.1 million Indians are suffering from it, which was 50.8 million in 2010. The numbers are expected to double by 2030, reaching up to 87 million. Every third person seems to suffer from it to some degree. If not clinically diabetic, many are on  the verge of becoming one. According to the Global Burden of Disease study, 3,46,000 Indians died in 2015 due to diabetes-related complications. These statistics are scary and you should take it seriously. Even after reaching to such an epidemic proportion people generally, lack awareness about it. Having some knowledge and awareness could help you to take better care of yourself. Let us start from the basics What is Diabetes? Diabetes is a chronic disease. A person is either unable to produce enough insulin or the sensitivity of the insulin towards the cells is diminished. This results in the increase in blood sugar levels which can cause serious damage to all the vital organs and nerves and blood vessels of the body. What is a pancreas and why it is important? The pancreas is a six-inch long organ that sits behind the stomach. It releases vital hormones into the digestive system. Normally when the blood sugar of the body exceeds normal range, the beta cells of the pancreas release insulin into the bloodstream. Insulin takes all the excess blood sugar either to the cells to be used for energy or transport it to the fat cells to be stored as fat. Types of diabetes Basically, Diabetes is of two types Type 1 Diabetes (Juvenile-onset): It is an autoimmune disorder in which the immunity system attacks the beta cell of the Pancreas. This causes either the complete destruction of the beta cell or leaves very few cells remaining. The body produces very little to no insulin. This results in sugar building up in the blood and unable to be used by the body. This is not a very common form of diabetes. The actual cause as to why the immune system attacks body’s own organ is still not clear.Generally, it develops in childhood or adolescence. They have to depend on insulin shots for the rest of their life. Type 2 Diabetes (Maturity-onset): This type of diabetes occurs when the cells of the body do not respond to the insulin hormone.  Even in the presence of insulin, the cells are unable to take up sugar for energy. This insensitivity towards the insulin causes the sugar to remain in the blood while the cells of the body starve.About 90% diabetics are type 2. Complications related to Diabetes 1 Kidney damage (Nephropathy): Over a long period of time, if the blood sugar levels are high, the blood vessels of the kidney are damaged and the kidney is unable to filter the blood properly. Due to this some protein spills into the urine instead of blood. Without a proper treatment, the kidney could fail. The person then has to be put on dialysis. High blood sugar can also damage the nerves which give the signal when the bladder is full. You will not feel the pressure when the bladder will be full. This pressure could damage the kidney. 2 Eye Damage (Diabetic Retinopathy): Diabetes is a leading cause of blindness. Over long duration, the small blood vessels, that nourishes the retina, are damaged due to diabetes. This stage is called background retinopathy. As the condition progresses the blood vessels become blocked. This leads to lack of oxygen in some areas of the retina which can cause the death of some parts of the retina. This may cause blurred vision or complete loss of vision. This can affect one in every twenty diabetics. 3 Foot Problem: People who suffer from diabetes for more than five or six years and constantly have high blood sugar levels will suffer from some loss of sensitivity in their feet. This happens because long time elevated blood sugar can injure and eventually damage the sensory nerve in the feet. Even the nerves which control the shape of your feet will get damaged, resulting in the deformed shape of the feet. Furthermore, damage to the nerves that stimulate perspiration will get damaged causing the skin of your feet to become dry. This will slow the healing due to any external injuries and infectious bacterias could enter through cracks. This can lead to gangrene and in extreme cases, a part of the foot will be amputated (medical lingo for cutting off your foot) to prevent further spreading of infection up the leg. And it goes without saying, what a devastating experience it can be. 4 Diabetic Ketoacidosis: - Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) mainly affects type 1 diabetics. But people with prolonged type 2 diabetes, whose beta cell are damaged and are able to produce very little to insulin, may also be at risk. This condition happens when the blood sugar rises dramatically and there is no insulin in the body to bring those levels down. As there is no insulin present the body is unable to burn these excess sugar (to be more technical-glucose). Thus, the body will start burning large amounts of fat. The burning of fat will result in by-product called ketones.  When there is a high concentration of ketones in the blood, the blood will turn acidic. The body will try to eliminate the excess ketones through urine which could lead to severe dehydration.  This condition can be life-threatening if went untreated for hours. 5 Gastroparesis: - The high blood sugar can damage the nerve which controls the movement of the food through the digestive tract ( Vagus nerve). This causes the muscles of the stomach and intestines to work abnormally. The movement of food, through the stomach, can either slow down or completely stop.It can worsen your management of blood sugar by making the digestion of food unpredictable. This can cause your medication for blood sugar to start working when the food is still in the stomach thus causing low blood sugar. This will be followed by the food finally entering the blood circulation when the effect of the medication is reduced causing the rise of blood sugar. Bacterial overgrowth is another problem to worry about. If the food remains longer in the stomach it can cause fermentation leading to the growth of bacterias. 6 Heart disease: - Heart disease is the most common cause of death for the majority of people having diabetes. Diabetics are five times more likely to die of heart disease than non-diabetics.  High sugar in the blood causes the oxidation of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and makes them stick to the walls of blood vessels. This causes the formation of plaque, which makes the blood vessels thick leading to a condition called atherosclerosis. It can restrict the blood flow to the heart. 7 Alzheimer's disease: As the body becomes more insulin resistant, the body will compensate by producing more insulin. People with type 2 diabetes produce excess insulin. This excess insulin can get to the brain and affect the brain cells by increasing the levels of a protein called Tau protein, which is also seen in Alzheimer’s patients. As more and more studies are conducted, the link between type 2 diabetes and Alzheimer's is becoming stronger. These are just so are just a few effects you will face if you do not take diabetes seriously. Most people remain ignorant about diabetes and take it like other diseases where a prescription from a doctor will take care of it. If you treat it as such, you will not be able to control your blood sugar properly. This could inevitably lead to any of the above-mentioned complications.  Every diabetic should try to equip themselves with as much knowledge about diabetes as they can.  Your doctor can give you the medicine and advice but you are the one who has to follow through. Once a month doctor appointment will not prevent you from the damages. Even a few hours of elevated blood sugar levels can cause a lot of harm. You should monitor your blood sugar four to five times a day, at least once or twice a week, to get a proper understanding of the fluctuations in your blood sugar levels. It can be frustrating at times and you feel like it is too much of a hassle for you but it is important. Along with the medications, your food habits will have a great impact on your diabetes.Your dietary habits will decide how good your control is on your blood sugar levels. But be aware, there are some commonly thought health foods that are actually going to cause havoc to your blood sugar levels. As you already know that your body is insulin resistant that means your body is unable to handle glucose. So you should always stay away from such foods. Below are the so-called health foods that are going to raise your blood glucose levels which your body will not be able to tolerate. Fruit juices:  One of the most common belief is that fruit juices are very good for your health. You may get advice like “ Since you are diabetic you should be having the juice without adding any sugar.” These are what you may call, a well-meaning but ill-informed advice. When you extract the juice from any fruit you leave out all the fibers present in that fruit. Without the fibers, the sugar present in the fruit gets easily absorbed. Thereby, raising the blood sugar. Do not convert your fruits into sugar water; always go for the fruit. The so-called light food (Poha, Upma, Dosa): These so-called light foods are going to be a burden on your blood sugar levels. This is such a stupid thing to say that eating poha upma or dosa cooked in very little oil is good for you. Even many dietitians recommend it to their diabetic clients. The carbohydrate present in this foods is going to get absorbed very fast. This is going to raise your blood sugar faster when you already lack the ability to use it. Always remember the food that feels light in your mouth, are going to be a burden for your diabetic body. This means that the more effort you have to put in chewing the food the slower it is going to release glucose into the blood. Like fibrous vegetables. Brown Bread: Everybody knows that white bread are unhealthy and we should always go for brown bread. This is another big lie you are made to believe. Not all brown bread are actually hundred percent wheat bread. They are simply marketed as a healthy alternative to white bread, which many of us buy into. The flour used are refined and processed to such an extent that all the nutrients are stripped away. What remains is something equivalent to white bread. The researchers found that the glycemic index of brown bread is nearly same as white bread. That means they will raise your blood sugar as quickly as white bread. (Glycemic Index is simply the measure of how fast the blood sugar is raised by that particular food.) Fruits and vegetables you should and should not include in your diet to control your blood sugar. You should always go for fresh and whole fruits. Do not eat canned and processed fruits or juices.  Fruits and vegetables are important in our diet as they are rich sources of vitamins and minerals.  They also contain many phytochemicals like Quercetin, Anthocyanin which are shown to protect us from many chronic diseases. They are also a rich source of both soluble and insoluble fibers. But there are certain fruits and vegetables you should not eat because they are high in sugar and will raise your blood sugar levels. Fruits you should avoid- Avoid all the fruits that high in sugar. Some high sugar fruits are Mango, Chikoo, Custard apple (Sitafal), Banana, Lychee, Grapes, Guava, Pomegranate (Anaar), Watermelons should also be avoided. Even though they are low in sugar but the sugar present is highly diluted and will raise your blood sugar faster. Basically, any fruit that tastes sweet are rich in glucose and should be avoided. Fruits you can have- Papaya, Orange, pineapple, Raspberry, Strawberry, Avocado, Gooseberry (Amla), Coconut water and coconut meat, Olive, Kiwi. Vegetables you should avoid- Beetroot, Corn, potato, Carrot, Peas, Tomatoes (limit the quantity). Vegetables you should have- Cabbage, cauliflower, Eggplant (Baingan), Broccoli, Asparagus, Bell Pepper (Shimla Mirch), all green leafy vegetables, Cucumber, Mushroom, Okra (Bhindi), String beans. French beans. Why is Exercise a must for Diabetics? After you take care of your diet, the next important step to improve your diabetes is regular strenuous exercise. The benefits of exercise are so great for diabetics that, you will be foolish not to start working out.  But remember just doing a morning walk will not be enough to reap all the benefits that exercise can provide. Weight training is important for you as this alone can improve your muscle density. Women should not be scared of weight training; thinking that it will make you muscular like men. It does not happen as women lack testosterone (male hormone) which is the primary reason why men are able to grow more muscles than women. Weight training is going to strengthen and tone your body. So for both men and women, the better body composition (more muscles and less fat) you have the better will be your insulin sensitivity.  Strenuous exercise itself can lower your blood sugar level by driving those sugar to the muscle cells to burn as fuel. There is a direct relation between exercise and brain development. Dr. John Ratey, in his book Spark, has covered this topic in great details. The more physically active you are the more mentally stronger you will be.  Always remember that any kind of exercise you choose it should be challenging for your body. And it should leave you panting and sweating at the end of the session. Conclusion "Taking care of diabetes is really just an ongoing series of small sacrifices, costs, mental efforts, and time commitments." - Gary Scheiner, MS, CDE  Diabetes is a chronic disease and it is going to be with for the rest of your life. There will be a constant struggle between you and your diabetes, that who controls who. I agree, at times it may be very frustrating to see other people taking things for granted, which you have to think twice before doing. Like eating out with your family without worrying about whether the food is going to raise your blood sugar or not. There will always be a threat of going into hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) if you took your medication and forgot to eat after that or could not find food at that time.  All this may paint a dark picture in front of you but remember all is not lost. The treatment and medication are constantly evolving and better treatments are coming up. This has greatly reduced a lot of the risk which earlier would have been inevitable.  There is a new research going on developing completely new pancreas or beta cells. This can completely cure diabetes, it will no longer be a lifelong sword hanging above your head. But till such advancements will come you have to take care of yourself. Create a community or join a community of diabetics and motivate each other. Share your struggles with others and listen to their problems. Let this be an opportunity to find new friends and relations. The life has given you lemons you better make lemonade out of it. Bineesh Balakrishnan created new article Heavy metal.
Michael was an orphan who was raised in a foster home in Kentucky. His foster parents were over critical, & so this young man was insecure in his adolescent years. His only true companion was his iPod, which let him access his heavy metal music..... "Heavy metal is my Adamantium, it heals my body & soul...It runs through my veins....Each part of my life can be summed up with heavy metal lyrics..", wrote Michael in his journal. Michael dropped out of school after 9th grade, & spent his time with a group of delinquents. For a petty theft, he & his comrades, were sent to a juvenile reform home. It goes without saying, that his stay at this facility was no joyride. Somewhere deep inside, his soul was hurting, & the hands of destiny were beckoning Michael on. He spent his time, in the library, & developed a reading habit. His outlook towards life started changing, with each book he read. Michael realized that people with much more difficulties, in life, had emerged triumphant against life's challenges. He decided to finish his schooling & eventually becoming a lawyer, after finishing his sentence at the reform home... "Respect, walk...."-Pantera The day Michael was released from the reform home, was a Saturday. The books he read, made sure that he was better(& not bitter), when he walked out of that facility. Michael went to a tattoo shop, to get himself inked. The tattoo he got on his right arm read 'Freigeist'( a term often used by the philosopher Nietzsche to describe a free spirit, not bound by norms, or power). Michael apologized to his foster parents, & vowed never to  let them down. He joined school, the next month. Though a certified delinquent, Michael had a calm & confident mien. His only aim was to study, & also to avoid trouble, as he didn't want to let his parents down...  "Better than you..."-Metallica Michael studied real hard, & his efforts started bearing fruit. At home he devoted most of his time on studying, & took only occasional breaks to listen to music. His foster parents were pleasantly surprised, to see this sea change in their son. Michael also started working out, thrice a week, to vent out frustration, & become a better person. There were lowlife bullies, who tried to get Michael into trouble, but he steered clear of trouble. He finished 10th grade, with honors, & became very popular among his schoolmates... "Nothing else matters..."-Metallica Time flew by, & in time Michael because of his strenuous efforts, got the opportunity to study law at Harvard. "When you live certain dreams, they set your soul ablaze...It kinda makes you invincible..", wrote Michael in his journal. Law was interesting to Michael, he spent hours in the library, studying it. One day, while searching for a book, he ran into Monica. She was studying business management at Harvard, & was a thoroughbred lady. Monica hailed from the UK, a millionaire's daughter, & she took a liking to Michael, almost instantly. The two of them started spending time together, & started falling deeper & deeper in love with each other. On the 29th of February that year, Monica proposed to Michael, & the two of them got engaged in a month's time... Michael married Monica, & the two of them lived a bodacious married life. The two of them graduated with honors in their respective fields. They settled in Chicago, & started living the busy life. Two years down the line, Monica was pregnant with their first child, who was named John. They raised John, with all the luxuries & pampering possible. One day, while Michael & Monica were sitting on the beach, he said:"We have a perfect life now...But looking back, if I hadn't changed, while in that reform home, I wouldn't have reached this far....Monica, I want to help out juvenile delinquents, to live a better life....I want to support them through high school....Do you think that's a crazy idea?". Monica rejoined:"It's not an easy job...But I'll help you out, the best I can.."... "Men rise on stepping stones of their selves to higher things.."-Megadeth Michael & Monica went to the nearby juvenile reform, with self-help classics, & inpirational movies. After handing them over to the warden, Michael spoke to the inmates thus:"I was once in a place like this...But now I'm a successful lawyer...I am here to tell you that you can do it too...We'll be back here one month from now...I want all of you to read these books, & watch these movies as often as you can..My wife & I will give you a counselling session...So get busy reading, & planning for a better future..." Michael & Monica got busy contacting non profit organisations to help them on their quest. Phone calls, emails & faxes were sent to hundreds of such organisations. They even put up ads in famous newspapers. After 20 days, their efforts bore fruit. An organisation promised to provide the financial support they needed. Michael & Monica also decided to keep aside a major part of their hard earned money for this purpose. Exactly one month later, the two of them visited the reform home. The inmates were filled with exultation, on seeing them. Monica & Michael, interviewed the inmates, & the 5 best inmates were offered a chance to study in reputed schools. Before leaving Michael said to the other inmates:"Don't feel left out, we'll be back in 6 months' time, to select the next 5 inmates..."..3 years later Monica delivered a baby girl, Michelle, & the both of them were overjoyed to welcome this new addition to their family... Over the next 10 years' time, Michael & his wife suported the education of 100s of juvenile delinquents. They look upon Michael & Monica as their mentors, & keep in touch with them. Michael's family is always receiving special gifts from their disciples on festive occasions. John & Michelle are brilliant students, & are devoted to their parents. Though Michael & Monica spend money for their cause, they are now millionaires, & enjoy a wonderful life...Michael wrote in his journal that night:" The human spirit can achieve anything it wants....Though the strings of destiny can tug at the spirit, free will is a mighty entity, & it can help the human spirit soar to any heights..."
