one of the yoga which i know which is good for the eye is rubing the hands and after it gets heat up just put it on your close eyes and relax your body. this is really a good one which i know

Human nature is too difficult to comprehend but the fundamental facts remain the same. We are the makers of our destiny and everything in our life originates from our own thoughts. We cannot blame fate or God or a third person responsible for the happenings in our life. We are what our thoughts and actions are. It is true that if we can change our thoughts, we can change our life.

For me, Peace of Mind is more important. Whatever you may achieve in life, whether it is money, materials or position, but still if you don’t have peace of mind, what is the meaning of all these accomplishments? You can conquer kingdoms, empires and even the whole universe; but if you cannot conquer your mind, what you can do with them? True success lies in conquering our own mind; and the whole life will become a perfect bliss!

You are exactly right. If we have good health, we can achieve everything in our life. People with healthy mind and body always think positively. Think about success and say 'no' to failure. If you feel that today is a failure day for you, don't worry about the failure. Forget about it and focus on how to make the next day better and successful.

Generally Babas are cheats. They capitalize the gullibility of the people. Here in this context of Baba Ram Dev's squint eye is a natural one, how can it be cured ? Yoga can cure or rectify those defects in the eyes resulted due to either by negligence or such other wrong practices like staring at the TV screen or Computer for hours together.

Yes release has been challenged, but if it is as per rules and regulation than how can court stop his release.
