Further, it has worked even with my other Morning walkers whom I meet during my morning walk The most positive thing in the morning is sun rays. Wake-up before sunrise and look for some minutes to rising Sun. Well said. Rising up early before Sunrise  is the best way to start your day with a positive note. I do believe in this.Though I do not look towards rising Sun, I go for a brisk walk. This habit not only helps you in starting your day with a positive note, makes you energetic. This energy helps in  performing your daily chores without fatigue and tiresomeness. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise - Benjamin Franklin.

Those days educational institutions were really treated as " Vidyalayas."Teachers were treated as Gurus in accordance with the adage, GuruDevo Bhavaha ". They used to impart knowledge  without any bias or prejudice. Now the present Gurus are corrupted. Of course, there are reasons for the present state of sad condition. Teachers are poorly paid. Wrong government policies and corrupt administrators are at the helm of the affairs together contributed to the deterioration of the educational institutions. Now educational institutions are the centers of politics. They are completely under the politicians.

I agree with you. There is nothing wrong in Child adoptions. But in view of increasing abuse of Child adoptions, The Ministry of Women and child development, WCD, introduced new adoption rules . There are many cases, where in children are adopted even by teenagers and forcing the children for begging and many such atrocities. To curb such violations WCD introduced the new adoption rules. Hence, child adopters should check if they are within the rules of new adoption rules. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Adoption-rules-final-says-govt/articleshow/49369038.cms

@anil Just give it a try. The method is neither complicated nor time consuming. You can try at least for seven days and see if there is any difference or not. It is a fact that every time an age old practice may not be the most beneficial one. You will just have to brush your teeth with the same soft brush that you use in the dry condition first and then apply toothpaste. Your soft brush will be soft in  dry condition too.

Delhi is shivering. It is giving pain to the aged people and to the little kids. Today there was sunshine after three days of foggy and cloudy sky but very cold wind was blowing. Tap water is equivalent to icy water. Oh! It's pathetic to touch such chilled water.

It is not happening first time, last year mood of weather was like this year.
