You are right. There are recipes that can serve as Healthy Breakfast and nutritious. In AP, we prepare a dish known as. " Chekkara Pongali " made during Sankranti days. Of course, the famous Idli Sambar, famous in South India. For the children's Tiffin Box, Sambar should be avoided. A coconut Chutney goes well with Idli.

Today's busy life making breakfast in time is a risk for most of the mothers. They need to send their children and husbands in time. If the mothers are working, they also want to reach in working places in time. Making certain types of breakfasts take long time to finish. I too studied in an Christian run school and was never forced into any religious practice of any sort. I have pleasant memories of the dedicated Christian teachers. Pseudo nationalists are responsible for hatred between communities.

There are ancient Chinese, Greek, Roman, Jewish etc well preserved literature available in the world or for some outer limits of the world are the geographical boundaries of present day India.

We can proudly say to others that our country was the only country that had enormous information preserved in face of ancient literature before the arrival of modern day internet. From that pictures it is very clear that the influence of Hindu religion and it importance among the people.

Internet is a world wide library which can be sourced from anywhere, by anybody and is updated and added to every minute. Nothing like it existed anywhere before, howsoever into antiquity one may like to go. Psuedo nationalists have these days developed a habit of converting any modern day achievement and connecting it with some ancient Indian civilization reference. It is no point in giving them correct information because they are physically in 2016 AD but mentally in 10,2016 BC.

As against our foreign exchange reserves of $350 billion, China has reserves of $3500 bn, as against our share of 2% China's share of International trade is 10-12%, China's GDP is around $12 trillion and ours is $2 tn. Common size statement could perhaps be made on population, where also China is ahead of us. So please do not make statements without facts and far from realities as some forum members do get carried away in support.
