Birth defects and deaths are found in new born babies as a result of zika diseases. Zika the tropical disease is carried from person to person by mosquitoes. The government of those countries where the zika virus is circulated ordered women not to get pregnant. Countries of America are giving complete protection to already pregnant women from mosquitoes to avoid birth deficiency.

Thanks for the link Usha. It contains breakfast items that are traditionally made across the country. I make kane pohe, and pohe of other variatns by adding other veggies such as potato, cauliflower, peas etc. Upma, idli, dosas, among other items.

For most housewives planning a breakfast menu is a headache but if one uses a little imagination and takes the trouble to get the necessary ingredients ready the day before, breakfast becomes easy to prepare. Since by now we all agree that breakfast is the most essential meal of the day, one should give due importance to it rather than send children to school with with Tea and biscuits or just a glass of milk ! Here in this article , 70 easy to prepare breakfast recipe have been given and hopefully at least a few of them would come in handy for each of us ..

Usually, the young and health beggars prefer to beg than work even if they are offered to work and earn. This is a real tragedy. In such a case I always withdraw myself from helping him/her but those who are really needy then I do try to help them.

The Zika Virus, originated in Brazil. WHO, has already warned all Countries including India. The Zika Virus causes brain damage in babies. Zika is spread from Mosquitoes, not from Person to Person. Right now, cases of Zika are not reported in India.
Using Mosquito net, keeping surroundings clean,and avoiding stagnation of water are some of the precautionary measures to be taken to protect the newborn babies.

I never try to write articles in this site. So I do not have any idea about the categories. But I read the articles of many members from different categories. Some members are concentrated only on writing articles and not on forums.
