Seems doubtful but is a good indicator of how life is dear and one will go anylength to keep it going. Also there will always be someone who will make money even from human misery. Thanks to the miniscule mosquito.

Really, only gullible people believe the predictions of Astrologers. They say they can stop the ill effects of Wrong planetary condition. Most of their predictions are generic and non specifying.

M F Hussain was a gifted painter with a tremendous eye for beauty within his subjects. The bare footed painter rose to international fame in stages, starting as a film hoarding painter and ending as one of the world's greatest painters. His phenomenal output made him become a world citizen. He surely deserves all the honors that willingly or grudgingly came to him from his own countrymen. However towards the end of his life he was hounded out of India which is a black mark in our history of respecting great artists.

Nowadays, I do not draw and paint due to migraine until and unless there is a necessity to help and guide my son for his projects. The moot point is though I was greatly involved in art, I don't have the capability to judge an artist like M. F. Husain. Who I am, just a novice in art. Firstly, I learnt to draw and paint from my elder sister who enjoyed doing so as hobby and later learnt some finer strokes in school but for me too it remained as a hobby and not a career. Standing at this position I feel that a painter who was honoured with Padma Vibhushan is worth praising. Mesmerised national and international art lovers through his finest strokes deserve to be respected and people like me should not even dare to criticise him.

@ Shampa Sadhya, Sorry I spelt your name wrongly. In the eyes of the law all accused are innocent till proved guilty. Even a terrorist who is caught red handed is provided legal assistance to put forward his point as the law does not want to punish an innocent even if a guilty may walk free. Lawyers are not to be blamed. They are doing their duty and earning their livelihood.

Astrology is bogus. It has very cleverly aligned itself with the pre- determined orbitals of the planets and linked it to attributes and happenings that will take place tp persons born in a particular time during a year. This gives it a sense of certainty and ease of predictability which is cleverly exploited by the astrologists. The solutions offered by them to ward off or neutralise the effect of planets positioned millions of miles away are simply laughable. Yes it survives because people are afraid, gullible and want easy way out. Gulshanji has asked a pertinent question.

Yoga says from the physical world Atma Sodhana takes one in to A state of Trance a half conscious state. It's in this state Atma Sodhana takes place. In this state one will be able to see his real strengths and weaknesses.
Meditation is the first state of Atma Sodhana.

A club can have its own dress code. But the dress code should be only for functions of club. Here was no club function. The club had simply allowed some organization to perform function in which the religious leader was invited. So it is wrong to insist on club dress code.
