rambabu created new topic Mindfulness Can Unlock Your Authentic Self.
Inspiration is a higher form of awareness or consciousness than the ordinary awareness that automates our day-to-day lives.
Over the course of our busy lives, in between family, work, and dinner parties, we have precious few moments to sit down and reflect upon our lives. But, when we do, let's be totally honest with ourselves -- it can be brutal.

In a bid to stay in power, politicians do not hesitate even to sell their mothers. If there is an option to choose between Power and People, Politicians lean towards Power. This is the condition in India and we all know about it. Wasting our breath on such routine things is meaningless.

If I'm responding to max. Number of posts, that's due to my ability to spare time and capability to respond to the posts. It's good to introduce the rule that no member should win member of the week consecutively for two weeks in a row. Even then, I will not stop responding to the posts. Why should I name the point hunter ? Moderator who attended to my complaint is here. Let him say. I'm just an ordinary member here.

No need to feel sorry but your views in regard to mine have convinced me of correctness of my views. So I stand by them.Let us agree to disagree!
An imperfect world should not be an excuse for non-pursuit of perfection.Similarly your philosophy of letting hundred wrong doing to protect a single innocence is a bundle of confusion and contradiction. If we allow 100 thieves the benefit of thefts we make more or less than 100 victims protecting only wrong-doers!

You must have noted that in my post I laid greater
emphasis on "able management" of spamming as Lopmudra was alluding to.If we are able to put in an
effective mechanism in this regard the rest would fall in right places. There would be no need to differentiate as old and new which is apparently unfair.Going by my experiences here I find new members are less guilty of spamming excepting a few. In fact the site has lately seen the entry of a few new members who are responsible, knowledgeable and restrained, making laudable contributions and I don't want to expose them to any unfair dispensation.

As @Anil said, Secularism does not mean ‘No Religion’. It refers to treating all religions alike. Everyone has the freedom to believe in his own religion, because every human is unique. And there is no wonder if there is 1 billion religions in India. But the thing is that nobody has the right to say that only their religion is right or only their beliefs are right, because there is no specific yardstick to decide right and wrong. But what is happening in our country is a political drama. This drama continues in our political arena for years. All political parties are equally responsible for the ugly situation of our country.

I find it strange that all this took place according to you 2-3 months ago and the so called point hunter ( your words ) is no more active because you complained against him, for what did you complain ? We have had very little activity here since almost 6 months and the only person who is forever posting is yourself, so it makes me wonder who this so called point hunter is ? because I have not seen anyone responding to every comment here nor hogging most of the thread ,,,may be you should name them so we all come to know and judge for ourselves because complaining without reason is very unfair on any member especially if he was someone who made valuable contribution to the site.

@kalyani, this is an open forum, everyone welcome here and can share their views freely. Nobody can command anyone here, it simply do not work in an open environment.
@chinmoy, sorry but I have to disagree. people who are supposed to do keep the discipline are already doing their job at their best, imho. At the end, this is the forum run by the community for themselves. If there are some deviations, I won't worry as there is no perfect thing in the world in any field.
@rambabu, any incidents reported will be taken care with due diligence. I don't worry about 100 wrong people gets benefit but I do worry if 1 innocent paid the price for no wrong doing.
Others, thanks for posting your views. At present there would be no change in any status. We will continue to take feedback from you guys.

We all know politicians are selfish. They look after themselves and their kith. Only then they think of interests of the country. But even this also is very rare. The entire clan of politicians in general are selfish in nature. It's greediness on our part to expect selfless services from this clan.
