In the same link, besides providing many other ways to boost your memory the author has explained the scientific reasons, saying, Writing generates oxygenated  blood flow to the brain, where in the memory related aspects are activated.. Yes, over all activity also is instrumental in boosting the memory.

The so called seculars are the worst kind of comunals because they change their stand as and when needed ..It is precisely because of this that we have a situation where Hindus have begun to rise , although violence is not a solution for any issue and I would never agree to it.

I hated her character when I first watched it but later after 4/5 years when I saw the movie once again I found a great change in my thought process. I simply felt that the whole fault was in the male character.   Smitha, Shabana and Deepti Naval were all part of the meaningful cinema of the seventies , it also included artistes like Naseeruddin Shah, Anant Nag , Om Puri,Farooque Sheikh, Amol Palekar , even Amrish Puri who started his career with a film called Kaadu ( forest) in kannada, which won many awards . This was also called Parallel cinema movement , with Satyajit Ray, Mrinal Sen, Tapan Sinha, Bimal Roy and some film makers from other parts..They lacked funds because there were not many takers but in the sixties they were given funds by the government and seventies saw a boom in such artistic and realistic films..Many directors like Gulzar, Shyam benegal , Mahesh Bhatt and Govind Nihlani came up with some beautiful films during that period. Actresses like Smitha, Shabana ,Deepti and even Supriya Pathak were lucky to be part of that movement which is all but dead now.. Add Ketan Mehta too who directed Smita Patil in Bhavani Bhavai and Mirch Masala, both of which showcase Smita Patil's talent very perfectly! His another film Holi, although Smita did not act in it, is also a great movie. Coming to Smita, if you can watch Marathi film Umbartha , which means the the threshold, the movie has English subtitles too. The movie explores how a woman has to struggle to find her place in society outside her home, her lead co-star was Girish Karnad, an excellent movie!  This is one movie that No fan of Smita Patil must ever miss. And the music by Hridaynath mangeshkar, Lata's voice are only too suiting to Smita's acting prowess. Yes Kalyani, I have seen both Mirch Masala and Subah  , which was Umbartha in hindi...In fact I have a video of it. I have heard about Bhavani Bhavani and Holi...would love to watch it !

Like divorce, compensation also will become easy and less time consuming on mutual  consent. In this present situation, the woman should have a dialogue through non partisan mediators and settle the issue.

Munawwar Rana a poet who mostly attends mushayras in Muslim Countries returned his award along with a cheque of rs 1 lack saying so many things on a TV channel last night in a dramatic way. He said Muslims are target of Hindu Atankwad. He did not say a word about 100 Hindus standing on Pakistani border in an Indian town of Rajsthan seeking asylum in India for the atrocities they have been facing in Pakistan regularly. Neither I heard a world by so called seculars of this country about them so far.

If one can improve memory power just with writing then it would be wondrous , but boosting ones memory is not all that easy because there are many different qualities or requirements that come together to boost ones memory .. Keeping oneself physically active and remaining alert are very essential too,, http://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifestyle/10-ways-improve-your-memory-boost-brainpower.html

Generally, the parallel cinema or New wave cinema earn awards. But not cash at the Box Office. Yes some Governments financed some of the Movie prucers . Satyajit roy took a loan from the Government. For this sole reason Neorealism and new wave pictures gone in to oblivion

Shampa Sadhya wrote: @usha manohar Yes, every decision has its pros and cons. Well, I know it is very easy to say than done but I am dead against them who depends upon compensation. If there is no relationship between each other then I believe transaction of money should not be there. Living will be tough but still one should refuse to take money because it enhances self respect and that helps one to fight against every odd. It is easier said than done, when a person has sacrificed her career in preference to bringing up her family and left penny-less because of this one act of hers, is there anything wrong if she is given some compensation to lead her life.In our country, as it is divorced wives get a pittance even if the husband is rolling in money ! Everybody wants to be independent but she is over 50 years of age and what kind of career can she hope to have at this stage ? The stress has also made her very weak ,, Respect is fine when things are going well but when you have no means and are unable to look after yourself it is only fair that she gets something for all that she has been through and done for the family .

What is termed as deception is found in every walk of political life with some parties gong in for the biggest deception by hiding their agenda, whereas some are open about it. RSS would not be here if it did not have the support of people and their only fault is that they want to make sure that Hinduism thrives. If other religions are given a boost to do so why not them? As far as other labels given to them, it is the work of the media and the well known oldest party which does not what its true principle is since it has lost all credibility...One gets to hear different voices within a party , does not mean that is the true voice , similarly RSS has issued a statement.. http://www.deccanherald.com/content/507184/rss-clarifies-stand-panchajanya-article.h
