Our State and National Elections have always been full of drama and citizens have witnessed an all out verbal battle between the different political parties. The long drawn out Bihar elections are all that and more because of the political and social atmosphere prevailing in the nation today. There has been slang match between the parties with Nitish Kumar calling Modi a Bahari and Modi giving tit for tat , question as to what one can call Sonia Gandhi ? Nitish Kumar should have been careful with what he says ..

Trpeatedly posting your own photos and similar activities, too many and too few friends also are not liked by many. Too many friends means that youfeel insecure.

True. many members in Face Book are eager to post their entire Album of their family members. Another aspect is posting of Close up photos. These factors are not liked by many

Dasara as is nown in my state, is the same as Durga Puja or Navaratri. During Dasara, we get up early in the morning and go to a river side to perform Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation, a part of Yoga before Sunrise. Surya Namaskar has many health benefits mainly Vitamin D which is available from the Sun rays for a short period. in the early hours. In no way it has damaged my Rationalistic view
I assure you I'm a Rationalist and continue to be a Rationalist.
Additionally, I would like to say that I'm least concerned which version you take or refuse . It's my opinion for which I'm entitled to.

Eating is certainly a personal thing. I eat whatever I like. But forcing my eating habits on others is the last thing I do. Who am I to force or ridicule my food habits on others. Even my wife has different food habits quite different from that of mine. She eats whatever she likes and I eat whatever I like.

Jump Jilani is not a Telugu word. It is used for those Fence sitting Politicians who jump in to the other parties for their benefits.
About regionalism, I must say it is a bane. Even Local leaders in my state are identified through the region he belongs to KCR, the CM of Telengana. Y;S Jagan or even Chandrababu are referred thorough their regions. What to speak of Narendra Modi.

Consulting a palmist or Jyotish before embarking on a job or activity is an old practice in sphere of life including political sphere. The politicians would ensure their success.
In this regard, I must say, this practice is quite common. It is a altogether a different thing whether it is superstitious practice or not. But one thing is true that politicians' links with Astrologers, Tantriks and religious Gurus are very well there.

Blunders committed by the erstwhile ruling parties after independence, especially by that party which ruled the country for 2 decades is the root cause for the degeneration of political scenario in India.
The present Government that has decided to uproot this plague. And directing all its endeavors towards this. What's wrong with it ?

Many less people are as lucky as you. In my case it so happened that my parents wanted I should become an engineer. Whereas, I always wanted to become a web designer, a Digital artist.I did not become neither an Engineer nor an Artist. I became and ordinary science graduate
As luck would have it, later when an opportunity knocked on my door, which enabled me to become a Digital artist.
Now i'm a successful professional Digital artist.

Khushwant , no doubt is an atheist. He made it clear about his Atheism on many occasions through his columns.Coming back to the subject, Sardar Jokes are mere jokes without any harm. Khushwant Singh always used to say that Indians relish jokes on others. But not not the jokes on themselves.

Run for unity creates a sense of Unity in the people. If the Birth day observing is about that Great person who has done immense service to the nation, there is no point in seeing negativity.Let's be realistic and see the things in the real perspective.

Routines and habits are an integral part of our daily lives. If one of these routines is missed due to some reason, we feel that we missed some thing. For me It's yoga. I miss it during my journeys.

Each day I feel restless when I miss two very special things of my life. I need 'me time' every day. The time may vary but I need it very badly. It gives me pleasure to analyse myself, I talk to myself and sometimes just sitting quietly gives me immense satisfaction.
Next is, if I am very unwell then only I skip my freelance writing but that too with a heavy heart or else I will log in to the sites even during bedtime if I have not got time to do so during the whole day. If I don't spend time in reading and writing on the sites I work, I feel very uncomfortable. It actually pricks me a lot.
