anil answered the question Saving towards a Travel budget .
A person who have hug earning have not any problem for expenses of travelling or any other purpose. But person like me who's earning is limited so it is not possible for me to spare big amount for any purpose. So saving each month is easy one one. Not for travelling me must be save for other big expenses like house repairing.

Awareness is no doubt spreading but not as swiftly as is required ! By taking the proper measures ,we probably will be able to slow down the calamity but not avert it completely. That's what I perceived . It is sad to think how greedy human beings have become and also stupid not realising that they have been kicking a gift horse in the  mouth ! Nature is so generous and giving without expecting anything back ..No wonder we have messed up things so badly , so much so that we are having all sorts of negative impact which is bound to get worse if things continue in the same fashion..

Seeing the present players China's presence and it's expansionism, there may be chances for evil plans to be used against India. It may become true or false in the coming years. No doubt China has started to work on his plan. China is supplying 1000 tones oil to Nepal as grant.

Actually it was willed by Maharaja Ranjit Singh to be donated to a temple(don't know which). Those interested in History of that period do read'The Return of a King' by William Dalrymple..Engrossing!! According to what little I have read about history of that particular period, yours come closest to the truth and therefore I too agree that the Queen should be challenged and brought back. However, I think that unless and until the group who is campaigning for the diamond to be brought back have thought thoroughly about preserving and protecting the gem . Unless and until they arfe not ready to do so or have no provisions for the same, let it remain with the British Royalty for it will be protected there much better than in India. Reason I am saying so is a recent heartwrenching incident that occurred in Maharashtra a couple of years ago. In 1998, a copper box was found in a farm while ploughing in a small seaside town of Diveagar, Raigad district, Konkan. The box was found to contain a 1.5 kilogram pure gold statue of Ganesh inscribed with Sanskrit script which upon study, revealed it to date back to 10th century. A temple was built to house the Ganesha and it lead to increase in tourism and prosperity of the village. However, as always, not much attention was paid to security and about two years ago, the idol was stolen. After an intensive manhunt, the culprits were identified and apprehended, although by the time they were caught, they had managed to sell the idol and the buyers had melted it already. This is the state of totally sad affairs relating to preservation and protection of artefacts that narrate tales of our ancient history! So unless anyone can guarantee such things cannot happen, only then the gem should be brought back.   That's valid point  Kalyani. A very sad state of affairs indeed. That does make me think if it is really a good idea to bring it here though it rightfully belongs here!

When the environment is abused in a such a high magnitude, Environment shows its wrath in the form Cyclones, Earthquakes and Tsunamis and wreaks havoc on the mankind. The only panacea is to bow down before Mother nature and appease its wrath. Yes it is in our hand to save environment. Grow plants less use appliances which release green house gases. Use A.C. less much as possible. use coolers. Very true. Each of us must do our bit to save the environment. Only then this Earth will become safe place to live in.  Peoples are become awareing bout climate. In Punajb some farmers begins cost less farming. They are not using any fertilizers and pestisides. It is also helpful in saving climate. But revolution wants time. It is my believe that these type of small efforts will be convert in big revolution.

Party members like Shatrughan Sinha have been openly criticizing Modi for not inducting him as minister at center. I Suggest Modi should deal with all such people with stricter hands and show them their right place if he has to keep discipline in the party and not to mention the MPs speaking senselessly while addressing public meetings. Mohan Bhagwat made a strategical mistake in his speech in a state like Bihar speaking against reservation though I personally feel all reservations should go immediately. Yes I am agree, Shatrughan Sinha jaise dost ho to Dushman ki Jaroot he Kya. Rubbish statements of some BJP leader gave weapon in the hand to Lalu and Nitish. High price of lentils, onion and cooking oil also some reason of BJP defeat in Bihar. It is fact that BJP can't control inflation.

I consider him as one of the most unwanted politician in Indian politics with his past history and charges he has against him. I am 101% agree with you. Not only Lalu Yadav, Mulayam Singh, Mayawati all are politician  who must be removed from the sanerio of Indian politics. It is bad luck of country and Bihar and good luck of Lalu Yadav that he won seats more than JDU. It seems that peoples of Bihar is not interest in development they like Gunda Raj.   People punish any politician not again and again. Despite imposing emergency, people gave her another chance. Lalu has already suffered. So he has been given another chance by people.   Lalu Yadav is unique in some respects. He is the man who stopped Adwanu's Rath Yatra. He is the man who never joined hands with communal forces unlike Ram Vilas Paswan and now Manjhi. Nitish Kumar was also with BJP for some time. But Lalu Yadav has always fought communal forces. Presently he is tallest leader of Bihar. Now Bihar depends for progress and peace on Nitish Lalu duo.  I am not agree with it that Lalu is a  non communal. His politics is based on only his formula MY means Muslim and Yadav. For him all religions and cast are not equally important. Forgot development and progress of Bihar in the leadership of Lalu. He said in one public meeting, Machhi Khao Tari Pio or Mast Raho. Yes it is development and progress. Ahaha.. eat fish and drink Hooch. Perhaps it's Laloo's way of developing the state.

But the link says, a study was conducted by Clinicians and Public practitioners and the paper was written by Karem Shuval, director of physical activity Research for the American Cancer Society and his colleagues. However, one can give it a try. Yes I also read it if some stand up 6 hours in a day, it is helpful in reducing weight. Standing posture is it self a exercise, it is also helpful in curing spine problems. Exactly. It's not mandatory to  stand for six hours, continuously, one  can break the gap after every three hours. This works effectively without much expenses.
