Not only opposition, BJP stalwarts are also concentrating on Bihar debacle. This is considered as arrest of the Modi wave. The Bihar debacle is also repetition of Delhi elections. It is viewed that BJP wins only where opposition have no viable leadership. In J & K, BJP is just junior partner and has no base in Kashmir region. In Maharashtra and Haryana, there was no viable opposition leadership. Moreover, these elections were a continuation of parliamentary success of BJP. The Assam and U.P. elections are also due in next two years. There is another cause of worry. The BJP and its allies cannot get majority in Rajya Sabha if they go on losing in state assemblies. As a result of Bihar debacle, it may be difficult to get bills passed in Rajya Sabha.
A time comes when stalwarts have to pave way to younger generation, the people who do it gracefully live their life happily and the ones who still have ambitions left show their frustrations at such occasions. They should play their role of guides and should not forget their own failures in the past.
Very true. every body agrees that the future lies in the hands of the youth power. But no elder comes forward to make place for the younger generation. Handing the power to youth should be done in a gradual manner, while the elder politicians act as guides.

Yes. I have a choice. That's why, I did not let my flat. Earlier, i had a an individual house which i had given for rent as I had to work in another state. The tenants made my house like a ware house. This taught me a lesson. Now I have a big flat in a prime locality. We are only two members residing in Vizag. Still I did not rent my Flat.

He was right to some extent, most Indians got this prize only when they were migrated this way or that way. Native Asians/Africans are rare in the list as if all the intelligentsia lives in Western Countries only. But that is their prize they can offer it to people they deem fit.
If you think, Baba RamDev can get coveted Nobel Prize, He should migrate to western countries and start preaching Yoga. After all there are many people in the western countries who are really getting oriented to Yoga and Ayurveda. Baba RamDev may get noticed by the Nobel Committee and may be recommended for Nobel Prize. What's stopping him ?

You have a good choice but I prefer not to keep tenants at all. I used to give two spare sets to engineering students (2 boys per set) from distant areas but now I prefer not to let out my spare space. That's good for mental peace.

Let's have a look at the things in the real perspective.
Now a severe introspection started in the big heads of the BJP. Of course, this is essential. Along with it, there are possibilities for cropping up of new problems.
BJP's economic reforms like the GST Bill, real estate regulation and land acquisition Bill may be difficult to get passed in the Rajya Sabha. These economic reforms are very essential for the country's development
If the BJP succeeds in getting right solutions, it's well and good.

He was the one who introduced Missile or Rocket technology in wars. Some of the other reforms introduced by Tipu include are introduction of seri culture, confiscating the property of upper castes including Mutts and distributing to the Shudras.

As the owner of the house, it helps one to choose the right kind of tenant before one decides to give for tent.
The most important single factor is to verify if the property would be safe in the tenant's hands hands
Ability to pay the rent regularly on a fixed date, the tenant's marital status, that is bachelor or married, food habits, pets are to be verified at the very outset
