Obesity can be controlled by keeping a check on our diet and by exercising regularly. If nothing else brisk walking helps, also I have seen drinking water helps to keep a check on weight. By drinking water half an hour before having any meal helps us to consume less, hence we should practice to have small portions of food at regular intervals.

I mentioned air force as my house is located near air Force station and the newly posted persons need rented accommodation till they are allotted government accommodation. actually this depends more on location of property. During govt. service, I also lived in rented house. My father got his own house only after his retirement. so before that, the entire family lived in rented accommodation.
Let me explain this from tenant's viewpoint. I preferred accommodation near my place of work so that I may not have to travel more. Some office colleague would introduce me to house owner. I also preferred such accommodation where the house owner does not himself live in the same house or at least there is no common facility like bathroom that could be cause of trouble. Generally, it is easier to get accommodation on rent if you are a transferable employee.

In present day India fake Kohi-i-noor will be on display and the real one will be on auction at Christies. Better it lies where it is.

I agree graying of hair is a natural process, and we cannot do anything to stop it. However we can make it stay black for a longer duration by eating healthy food and healthy food practices and practices such as oiling the hair etc to keep our hair healthy.

Why was the subsidy given on the first place, only to be taken off? I think it was trick played to first please the aam junta and now in th ename of providing or extending the LPG facility to the BPL people, they are only targeting on future votes banks. I agree we have to be socially responsible but everything in this country is done only to serve one and only purpose...vote!

It will please you a lot if I were to say Yes, which I am not going to say, because I do not know. What I do know is that BJP tried to divide voters but they instead united against it. Every action has a reaction.

Should Congress close its shop, just because BJP finds itself defeated lock, stock and barrel in Bihar. After all the maximum voices of dissent are originating from within BJP Must everyone keep silent and allow Modi to do what he likes even when he is twice defeated. That is not how politics works. The ones he sidelined to capture power within BJP are going to make it tough for him. It is not a question of elders or juniors. As you sow so you reap. Why should every one make way for Modi just because he is the PM. He should act like one.

You mean it was Muslim vote against Hindus which won in Bihar? It was nothing but intelligent vote bank management under the leadership of Guru of the game Lalu Pd yadav.

I think most people know that is is not advisable to order food online, however owing to less time and having to travel less, people these days prefer to order everything online be it food, veggies, other grocery, even furniture. However, it is advisable to check the authenticity of such sites before taking the plunge.

We used to rent out the upper portion of our house which is a self contained 3 bedroom house for many years now . normally giving it out for 11 months with legal rent deed and change it when it is renewed after the period ... Now, it is being painted and done up so been empty for more than 6 months . But it is not at all a problem here renting out properties and we have had no problems at all..

Let us not gloss over the controversies and make it look as if Tipu was another Gandhi ! Another more important news item that is also part of this issue has been completely overlooked in this discussion !There has been protest against Tipu's celebrations since a long time , ever since the time Sanjay Khan went and made his serial and he was made to change certain facts where he depicted him to be a great patriot . It is a well known fact that he forcibly converted people in Mysore and Srirangpatna to Islam during his rule . But Siddaramaiah our corrupt Chief Minister in his all out attempt to please the minorities would go to any extent ..VHP and other organisations went on a protest march and one of the activist was killed in the clashes ? any writers ready with their awards for the poor fellow who lay down his life for a cause ? I doubt that ..In fact our CM has refused to take any responsibility for the death of this person who is a retired official from the horticultural dept , calling it an accident ! How insensitive can one get ?
