I am not sure, but there are paint tools available on google playstore which you can download and install on your device.
One such app is:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.corel.painter
Some other apps are in the link:
http://www.creativebloq.com/android/tablet-apps-designers-5132689
you can search for others on google.
I know there are Apps provided even in my I pad. But all of them cater to the needs of Amateur artists. I'm in need of a gadget that can help in painting compatible with the advanced features of Photoshop, Coral Draw and other such programmes .
You should better stay with your desktop otherwise you will probably lose your creativity in case not coming to terms with modern facilities available on modern laptops etc. Of course smartphones are not meant to replace the desktops but they solve lot many purposes for people on the go so there is no use comparing a desk top with smartphones in any way.

In fact some of the depression in old age are due to the genetic makeup which we inherit from our parents. There are more than 350 million people are suffering from depression in the world and the quantity is increasing as the negativity in all walks of life is increasing.

Very true. It is one's way of thinking and how the life's is seen makes a difference. During old age, generally grown up children leave the home in search of livelihood. And girls get married. This separation from their kin for the parents leads to depression in the old age, even though they have enough money. But I have seen many old people recover fast thinking that associations and separations are the part of life. This way of viewing the life in its true colors will make a big difference.

In fact, I am a member of an old age home run by my brother in law in the city where we visit often. Most of the inmates are elderly people and most of them from good families as the home is on contributory system. Some of them are couples and some others live alone. The fact that some of them stay calm and with no worries despite the facts they have been grossly neglected by their families . So it all depends on ones mental makeup which may differ from person to person.

Naturally. Now the problems caused by terrorism is not just restricted to a single country. It's only through united action of all the countries terrorism can be controlled.

Azam Khan of Samajwadi party is known for his double talk. Saying Terror attacks were a reaction to their action in Syria is far from truth. The truth is ISIS has grown beyond imagination and right now there is no power that can stop this ISIS. He should see the things in real perspective.

As technology grows, the size of devices is decreasing for the ease of use. Starting from mainframe computers to desktops, laptops, tablets and fablets we can see that the all or part of the features of big machines are introduced in small machines.

Indian people have double stand on terrorist. People like Azam Khan support these attacks saying that this is the "reaction for action".
