Being a doctor's daughter, another one's wife and yet another one's sister, I do go by allopathic medicines. But, having studied Botany I have a fair idea of Medicinal plants and the alkaloids produced by them ,many of which are used in Modern day medicines.True, the Allopathic medicines have side effects and therefore unnecessary popping pills should be avoided. They provide faster relief because they are chemicals compositions which immediately counter the action of chemical changes causing ailments in our body. Therefore for serious illness Allopathy is preferred. Ayurvedic medicines take time but they work to remove the cause. Instead of choosing between the two the aim should be to bridge the gap . Various Auyrvedic medicines are used since ages by allopathic doctors also, Liv 52 is a common example.

The point here is not whether the language can be used as a medium of instruction or whether it can compete with modern languages. The point is whether the language holds any importance in today's world and answer to that is yes and vast uses have already been proved and elaborately discussed above.

They kill slowly. They are invasive and harm the internal vital organs. As far as possible sticking to the Ayurvedic medicines, which are non invasive is better.

Politicians were always known for their clownish activities. The difference is  these political clowns instead of making us laugh, make us weep. They are neither politicians nor clowns.

Among the Telugu films you have mentioned I have seen Sagara Sangamam, Swathi Mutyam and Shankarabaranam , they were all very good films and Taare Zameen par...The other two hindi films I feel are very mediocre .. You have seen best of the Movies done by K. Viswanath. He is the Master of blending the parallel cinema elements with mainstream commercial cinema. He was a sound designer turned director director actor.

Every party has some black sheep who try to undo all the good work done by the leaders . In some parties the top leaders are themselves of questionable traits and we have quite a few of them in India. Many of the politicians who are well known are mainly because of their controversial image. Salman Kurshid was accused of some scam where he and his wife were supposed to have swallowed funds ,which was of course thrown out because of his proximity to their top leader and Mani Shankar Iyer has been the bad boy of Congress and any party he graced , only created controversies and embarrassed the party !

What is required is plain application of minds free from prejudice and narrowness. Tipu was a 18th century figure and none thought of freedom even the Indian National Congress and its leaders were apologetic about full-fledged demand for independence in the initial decades.Dabblers at history are better advised against preaching their home-spun,ridiculous theories!! Thats exactly what I would like to ask these people who go all out to make Tipu a patriot ! Just because he opposed, fought the British and lost his life in the battle does not make him a patriot . This whole business of his patriotism was started by Sanjay Khan who made the serial along with Tipus grand son who was a friend and business partner . The fats were twisted in the serial and the censor board rightly asked him to change certain parts since it was not according to reality ...He sought the help of politicians who saw an opportunity in it ! The truth about Tipu is there all over Mysore and Sri Ranga Patna , Kodagu and Mangalore where he conquered , forcibly converted and tortured people..

I think it is not wrong decision. I never utilized subsidized gas facility as my yearly income is far lesser than 10 lakhs. .   Would you please explain just what do you mean by 'you never utilize subsidized gas facility because your income is less than 10 lacks'. It sounds strange to me.  Why strange ? My income falls less than 10 lakhs per annum  and it has been certified by the IT authorities.   I have no doubts about that but what I meant was what stops you from using subsidized gas if you fall in under 10 lacks income group? You do not have a gas connection provided by any gas company? I think I have to give you details. You know all my children are well Placed. Sanjay my son lives very nearby Kakinada. He comes very often and looks after my household needs that last for 3 months. Then comes my Art materials. You know I work for publishing agencies and I never charge them. But they provide all my art materials. House rent is the biggest expenditure in cities. But I have my own flat. My pther needs like computers, I pad and software are given by my daughters. With whatever little savings i have I thought I can afford a Gas connection.   Now the question is whether you have a private gas connection without subsidy or gas connection provided by government agencies. In case it's private then it's okay but if it's a government connection then it's either subsidized or you have to give up your subside. I am interested to know what is true in your case?  I don't know anything Now Got from my wife. It's Indane. Even though I can avail subsidy, I gave it up. On the whole, I;m not availing subsidized connection.                 All Indane connections given were subsidised earlier and came with an additional cylinder for some extra cost. You paid more only if you bought a cylinder in black, so your connection which you have since many years is also subsidised . Giving up subsidy started very recently, so did you give it up in the recent 6 months ? How much do you pay for for the cylinder ? In my own case I have a subsidised gas connection as of now..

Ayurveda while it cures certain ailments still needs the help of Allopathy for many treatments since the process is extremely slow and if one has to change the course it becomes a long drawn out painful process, thats why people prefer allopathy
