I totally agree with your suggestion. Getting a point for liking is basically meaningless while the person whose comment gets liked receives a point then it will motivate him/her to write more meaningful comments.

That's very true! Listening, observing and understanding are the key factors. Many parents and other senior family members constantly preach as well as give their own examples a lot regarding how good they acted as child which actually annoys a child. Elders must share their own stories, good or bad, in a casual way and not as lecture which helps the child to grow properly. We should not judge a child negatively and must try hard to change his/her bad quality into good.

Exactly but that is what is being done these days by emotional supporters of Sanskrit who just heap praises of eras gone by and seem to be addressing wind and water in abstruse and abstract language from their ivory towers without taking realities of today into consideration.

Cooking gas is supplied by pipelines in parts of few cities like Mumbai and Vadodara. Perhaps in some other cities too. Supplying all over the country may be possible but will involve huge expenditure.

A member has opined that the freedom of press was nil till the nineties or later. Will this statement be classified as an rational or irrational statement. Because barring the period from June 1975 till mid 1977, the press in India has always been free. Just as Kalburgi got carried away we also get carried away sometimes.

In politics nothing succeeds like success. Lalu has crafted a victory with the help of Bihari voters. Why blame him alone. Inter alia then you are blaming the voters who voted his party no 1 in Bihar and BJP no 4. Is that what is the issue for tye bhaktas?

Expressing one's opinion is a hazardous activity these days more so if one happens to be a famous personality. Instead of looking into the matter of dissenting views the ruling party starts shooting the messenger. It suits them to blame the Congress though no proof of it having instigated these protest s has been given till date. Accident of birth in a majority or minority community is being used to advantage or disadvantage as te case may be. Almost everyday there is discussion involving minorities and statements like they can go to Pakistan, or patronizing statements like Hindus watch their picture and make them earn crores, etc are not music to minority ears. Bashing them has become a hobby for many. It is sad that such divisive activities are going on every day and even audiences are now being seen as Hindu and Muslims. Will it stop or will it be allowed to intensify.

It shows the hypocrisy of Aamir Khan. He is an opportunist backed by equally opportunist and hypocritical party that ruined the country for more than two decades.

Amir's film P.K. is against all religions and make fun of all gods and goddesses. This movie was a big hit and earned crores of rupees. Can Amir act in a movie which makes fun of islam or other religion in other countries? I think Amir has lost all his respect after his statement on tolerance in a country which gave him love and respect.

I agree. I'm ardent fan Aamir Khan. He has been acclaimed as one of the natural actors especially in movies like Lagaan. His statement on intolerance disappointed me too.

The Amir Khan's statement make lakhs of people feel sorry. He has lots of fans in India, all got disappointed after his statement about so called intolerance in India. I am also a fan of Amir, but got disappointed and will never see his movies in future.

The proposal to supply cooking gas through pipe lines was mooted as early as 2014. But it could not be implemented for the reasons best known to the authorities.
