I think this decision is not practical. Delhi govt. should have first talked to traffic police that are they capable of checking numbers of vehicles as this decision requires more numbers of men in traffic police.

In fact a little bit of conflict of interest adds spice to life , also no two people can ever have a perfect relationship since people are different and at some stage or the other some difference of opinion is bound to arise between the two ! If one person is constantly stepping down, with time that itself becomes a flash point..
Yes I am agree you. Kittle and be happy is way of life. One cann't eat always sweet. It is not possible that two person one thinking, so conflicts are common thing.
In fact according to psycho analysts having no difference of opinion or conflict is not a healthy trend because it shows that one of the partner is suppressing his or her real feelings which might explode one fine damage causing immense damage and shaking the very foundation of the relationship

Some politicians have spread myth about groups like RSS, that these groups are politically oriented and not help people anyway. But the truth is far away. People in groups like RSS are not only taught to respect others but are always ready to help people in disaster situation. The people who were talking about intolerance in India are on foreign trips, but RSS is helping people in Chennai.

This has always been the case, in my own town we had a very violent communal riot, that took many innocent lives which was in fact the handiwork of the politicians . During that time we had curfew for 3 weeks all through the day and it was some Christian organisations along with the RSS who helped out in supplying milk, vegetables and other stuff since highways were all blocked and food supply became scarce and there was no petrol..

Vinod Kumar Gulati created new topic Same Voters List and Same Booths.
In our democratic system of working, we are asked to exercise our voting rights many times - in villages for the election of Panchayats/Gram Sabha, in urban areas, we elect for our Nagar Palika/Townships/Nagar Mahapalika/Municipal Corporations, at State level, we elect MLAs and for Parliament, we elect our MPs. We find that some time, the voters' lists and booths for each election are different. If someone has exercised his franchise in the election of the MLA for his area, he finds that his name is not there in the voting list prepared for the Gram Sabha election or booth where he had gone previously has now been changed to another one. The Election Commission must take over all the election proceedings in its hand to ensure that the voters' lists/booths for all elections are the same.

Vinod Kumar Gulati created new topic Even and Odd Numbers of the vehicles.
The Delhi Government has decided that from 1st January, 2016, only those auto-vehicles including 2-wheelers having even numbers will run on one day and next day, the vehicles having odd numbers will be permitted to run on the roads of Delhi. This decision will not apply to the ambulances and the vehicles required for emergency services. It is a good decision to reduce the pollution and traffic jams on the roads. Further it will help the public to use the public transport or share with others to reduce the consumption of the petro-products.The category of the vehicles required for emergency services must be restricted to the fire-brigade only. This rule must be made effective for all over India. However, if it is made out to be implemented strictly, it can boost the vehicle industry as those persons who may afford will try to get another vehicle having odd/even number to enable them to move on their choice.

Vinod Kumar Gulati created new topic Compulsory Voting.
For some time we have been witnessing that some eligible voters do not use their rights of voting during elections and after the results are out, they repent about the constitution of the government. So far the voting percentage has been 50 to 60% of the eligible voters who are about 65% of the inhabitants in the Country. It means that about 40% of the public exercise their voting rights and that 40% is further divided into various political parties/independents. If this is further divided to get a party having the largest seats, the representation goes down further and in result, the minority of the voters get the right to decide who will run the government. Here, the question of compulsory voting becomes relevant. If all of the eligible voters exercise their franchise, hope that a government with the majority back-up may rise. There may be some problems for some voters on account of their medical problems or they may not be near their voting booths at the time of the election due to their pre-occupation. For them, the Election Commission can arrange on-line voting or voting booth of their convenience.

Vinod Kumar Gulati created new topic Waiting Ticket holders in Train.
Waiting Ticket is now no more a valid document to entitle a passenger to undertake journey in the train for which that ticket was purchased. This arrangement has been made to reduce the loss being incurred by the Indian Railways as some passengers had been using the waiting tickets for journey and after completing the journey, they claim the refunds. With this provision, it has also been arranged that the waiting ticket holders may get refund within half hour before the train departs. Both the provisions have been made in interest of the Railways but can cause inconvenience to those genuine passengers who might have planned for the journey well in advance. At least, the railways can convert the waiting tickets into general tickets or treat them as general tickets if they are not confirmed/cancelled within half hour before the departure of the train from the station the journey was intended to be started at. Or, alternatively, the waiting tickets be converted into the next higher class or premium grade if the seats/births are available for that upgraded class/category.

That's an apt point you raised. A real opposition should think about the country and join the Ruling party in implementing the good measures planned by the Ruling party. Criticizing and opposing every good deed of the Ruling party shows the narrow minded trait of the Opposition. Such opposition is useless and such parties are a menace to the country.

The worst part is that in India illiteracy and lack of awareness play the pivotal role in forming an opinion. So, cashing these weaknesses is very easy and once an opinion is formed then it becomes doubly difficult to change it. RSS was/is projected as villain to the common men of India by a section of people and there lack of knowledge forced them to believe so because they never thought to cross check the received information.
