I also saw this fact on TV. But it appears that there is some belief about bad consequences to the thief, which is deterring factor.

Reasons for rejecting articles would have been given by editor or admin. Please check that. But please do not say "I am a hard worker'. Hard worker is one who works hardly, which means that it is very hard for him to work. Better say- 'hard working'.

after submitting many times after rejection also, my articles are not getting approved what is the problem my hard work which i am doing are not getting any incentive. now look on this article what is wrong here say me--- this article is been rejected saying it is short, is it really so short that the editor or the admin cannot approved it.
Introduction
We human mostly classified life into some stages categorically such as birth, childhood, youth and old stage. We all get some different types of experiences in our life it is a mixture of happiness and sorrow. As one spends his or her childhood days freely devoid of all worries and cares of life the memories of childhood are very sweet as the one who is a child didn’t get anything to do or work the only thing which ones do in his/her childhood is he/she enjoys the pleasant feeling of life and because of the parents the child live in heavenly house, where there is full of joy and happiness. And whereas about the youth and old condition of a human life is not so good in comparison to childhood because we in that situation are free from every tension and work load which we usually get in youth and old days of life.
The characteristics of childhood
I cannot fully say that I have remembered every days of my childhood because then it will be wrong there is no one in this world who remembered his childhood days fully. Yeah I can imagine my childhood days which are special to me. Some of them are that I can remember that I was admitted to a school. The first day of my school life is so charming I was taken to the principal‘s room and that moment of time what I was feeling I cannot say because I don’t know anything about school because I was a child and that was new for me and so I think my feeling might be blank about the principal and for the school. The principal saw me at first he scanned me very affectionately. It is often said that a child is the father of a man. It is very true. Most of the parents try to keep their child in strict control. But there are some great philosophers who believe that the children should get enough of freedom so that they may be grown up according to their own wish not like how their parents wants them to be because in some situation like mannerism and etiquettes it’s ok in that situation but there are also some situation where the parents burden their decision on the their child and which is not ok, I will say that it is a crime in one sense which no parents should do. So the parents should not interfere with their free activities in some situation where the child needs some space and independent.
Disadvantages of childhood
But at the same time there is no denying the fact that a child is inexperienced and immature. He/she lacks understanding so the child should benefits something from their parents experienced which his/her parents faces in life to achieve his/her ambition. So the childhood is inexperienced and whatever the child does comes out of their own instincts. Sometimes they behave just like a beast. So patents and teachers should control their behaviour and help them to grow maturity. Their role should be how to make him a complete man. Sometimes they are beaten by their parents or well-wishers. It might appear somewhat cruel. But it is useful to some extent it is just done to teach the child the lesson of life, it is just meant for the betterment of the child to show him/her how the world behave and runs.
Personality building from the childhood
A child should learn through experience what is right or wrong. So it is very necessary for them to realize what is wrong for him/her. A child should practice self-discipline. He/she must grow proper behaviour and habits. He/she should know that he/she must respect their elders and love their younger’s. They should know that relationship is very delicate and there is very thin rope which tide them and can be tore if its not be respected. So it is very much important that we all should practise on our personality from the childhood because then it will become our habit of doing all that.
Conclusion
So the childhood is the happiest period in life. It introduces the growth of a complete man. But the surroundings should be favourable to permit him to manifest his inherent qualities. For this purpose the elders should treat them rationally so that they do not face the difficulties in the middle phase. But for the time they being small and many things to come so they should be happy and live the life fully with happiness and joy.

Kalyani Nandurkar answered the question What do you do to avoid boredom?.
There is hardly any time for me to get bored. Keep yourself busy all the time. Take up reading or some other hobby such as gardening, listening to music etc. It will help with getting rid of boredom.
