A member pointed out the removal of word Dalit should be removed from the Law Books, so that Dalits condition in the Society will improve. In that connection, I said removal of the word Dalit is not the solution for atrocities perpetrated on Dalits. But the attitude towards Dalits is the Solution.

The best thing is not to talk anything except for performing work. But even then you may like to divert your self for routine for some time and talk non official matters.  But talk should be only for entertainment and better relation. There are certain things that must not be talked about. These include politics and religion. https://in.finance.yahoo.com/news/5-topics-never-talk-063828889.html

RAMAKRISHNAN. A replied to the topic I want your opinion.
If a person kills another by his car intentionally, it means he has some serious revenge with that person; or else he is a hitman paid by some one to kill that person. But if the lawyer is proficient to convince the judiciary with solid proof that it is an unintentional accident, the person shall be escaped from the charge of murder. Law demands solid proof.

I also viewed for most part of life that saving is unnecessary. While in govt. service, I felt that day to day needs are met by salary, medical expenses are also reimbursed/ met by government and in old age, there will be pension. so why save?   Now I am getting pension and also earning some money from tax consultancy. Still I don't feel necessity for saving. I have enough for day to day needs as well as ordinary medical expenses.  In general, I feel that everyone should have mediclaim and accident insurance policies. Besides this, he should save about 10% of income to meet future needs for children education and marriage expenses. Excessive saving may lead to curtail necessary current expenses. Also this depends on personal circumstances. Business people need to save more for expanding business unlike salaried people.

This thread is about killing somebody in a make believe accident. This is indeed heinous. The thread can also be relevant in other crimes involving somebody committing  crime cleverly. There is another aspect worth noticing. Even if murder is proved, there is no death sentence in most cases. In case of car accident also, there is not total immunity from jail. Only jail sentence may be for lesser period.  For me, going to jail even for one day would be stigma.

The only solution is the change of attitude towards Dalits. Mahatma Gandhi attempted to make lives of downtrodden more bearable. But he was not opposed to caste system as such. all that he wishes was that untouchability should go. On the other hand, Dr. Ambedkar favored full equality and not simply removing untouchability. He understood that caste system is essential part of Hindu religion and so he advise the so called 'shudra' or 'harijan' of  to come out of Hindu fold and accept Buddhism.

But the politicians are using caste as their political tool and divide the community based on caste.   Yes. A change is seen in the Society. Attitude towards caste is gradually melting away. It takes time to see the Society free from caste, especially in a country where caste system is deeply rooted since centuries. But the problem is our politicians do not want that this caste system go off from our society. They use it as their vote bank. In our country reservation is given based on the caste of people.  Politicians do not want the Cate system should go off. Because that's their livelihood. No wonder if They stick to their livelihood.

suni51 wrote: I will keep this as record. I will use this thread as proof what I am trying to do. Thanks. The point related to conscience, is important for me Conscience IS important, provided you have kept it alive inside you! Coming to your post, if a person has deliberately killed someone and made it look like an accident, it is clear that his conscience is dead and he has done so with coldblooded planning. There is no conscience in such a person. I take it, you are trying to bring someone to justice?

rambabu said thank you to suni51 for his/her reply to the topic Are you a Self-Starter ?.
There is a saying- Jungle me more (Peacock) naacha kisne dekha? Who cares if a peacock danced in a jungle alone. What if I started alone and landed at north pole with no one to acknowledge my achievement. Self start is fine but people should know you're doing something for them and not for your personal interest only.

I agree. A Self Starter should do useful things not only for himself but to the Society. You are very right in saying who cares if a peacock dances in a far off remote Jungle ? Kudos to you.
