The Muslim rule was terrible. As brought out historians during Muslim rule more than 80 million Hindus were killed. This out of a population of 250 million. Muslims including Mughals were fond of making pyramids of skulls of hindus killed. It's so sad and now they have started talking of Hindu terror and all that bullshit

Babu saroj replied to the topic Dowry and alimony.
where dowry is a crime in comparison to dowry, alimony is not a crime. Both are different and there is no such comparison which will make any similar comparison between them.

Reading the bit about Titanic, those poor souls could have been saved all but because of a key. Although I do wonder if they did discover that the keys were not handed over, why didn't they simply break the box and retrieve them? Lack of oversight, probably! True Kalyani, in hind sight one can see how things could have been different if only.... I guess that is what is called destiny , fate or whatever else ! I personally can quote so many small incidents where I went against my intuition and faced the consequences, at times you simply cannot decide which is the right course of action especially when there are too many opinions thrust on you ! It is an interesting article. It is true that everything in this world has a specific time and it should happen at that time. It seems that even if the circumstances are different, a set of internal programs influence the circumstances and re-organize the random events to make them happen at their destined moments. We call it destiny or the Law of the Universe. Very true Ramakrishnan, everything is predestined and no one can change the course of events, people may call destiny or luck as nothing but nonsense, but I firmly believe in it, no one can alter destiny. It is the design of the destiny that is at work, we cannot meddle with it, but can only work to probably change the results of it.

Jincy Aby wrote: Like Pakistan - a Muslim country, Modi and other BJP leaders are trying to make India as a Hindu country. Very few people were in BJP earlier. But now they became one of the strongest political party in our country. If they become more powerful, the condition of the people in other religions will be critical. Modi madly believe in mythology and try to divide the country on the basis of religion - the people who believe in Hinduism in one group and the people of other religions in the other group.      Before blindly going by the opposition view of BJP and Mr Modi which is mostly for political gains, I advise you to go through this link which Kalyani has provided with and let us know what your opinion is, does it matter to you ? and more importantly can you think of Hindus ever doing the same thing to the minorities? Modi is a very fair leader so stop spreading such malicious rumors about a leader who is committed to working for the nation , not one community ! https://themuslimissue.wordpress.com/2015/08/31/islamic-invasion-of-india-the-greatest-genocide-in-history/

I do not think that the reason why everyone managed to defeat us is because we are tolerant people, that is a good and enduring quality in fact. But the reason for our defeat lies may be in the fact that at every point of history, we have been betrayed by our people at each step, and many others who tried to force stupid and irrelevant ideas of nonviolence! (do not confuse this with Mahatma Gandhiji. there were others too)

A vivid account of The Greatest Genocide in History. Muhummad Quasim Hindu Shah, the Muslim Historian was the first Historian to reveal to the world how the Hindus were slaughtered during Muslim invasion and occupation of India..  Let me use this opportunity to thank Kalyani for changing the trend of Discussion forums, which of late  have become controversial political issues, making monotonous and boring. Earlier we used to post a variety of interesting posts like Word scrambling, Movies, Humour etc. I request all the concerned to bring back the old practices and trends of this site

Everyone knows everything but they pretend to be deaf and dumb. Any number of articles or facts will not make any difference on them.

India has a large Muslim minority and a small but articulate Christian minority. These two communities have not adjusted to the fact that over all come what may, political power will be with Hindus. Muslims dream of 900 years of their rule and chrstians  of the time they were a pampered lot during British rule. They thus bring up bogey of Safron terror, Hindutva and what not.  Christians dare not open their mouth in muslim nations and Muslims do not accept Hindus as equal where they rule, but in India both want special privileges. in this they are encouraged by some Hindu groups also. This is a recipe for disaster.
