This has been a subject that has been debated before because Gandhis tend to think that they need give out any details about themselves being who they are !!! A case of -All are equal but some are more equal ! Now Parliament Ethics Panel has sent a notice to Rahul Gandhi to clarify certain matters regarding his citizenship..high time, in my opinion the mother too should be asked!

In fact Khadi was popularised by Mahatma Gandhi as we all know, a symbol of simplicity and patriotism and Congress party took over and one could see all the netas in Khadi kurtas, sarees etc no matter how efficient/inefficient/corrupt they were ..So, Khadi has been the most coveted fabric by the politicians since Independence !

Good tips. Meditation or some simple Yoga asanas either in the morning or in the evening can cure sleeplessness. Early to bed and early to rise is the way to keep you fit and active all along the day.

Though there so many legal rights and stuff for men and women, but people know how to get away without being accountable for what they do, in the real world. We read so many incidents in newspapers everyday about violations, but how many are truly given their share of justice, nobody knows. Women should be strong and independent. Most importantly they should have the support of family and friends. Even then the best option is to try not to get into such situations in the first place.

Howsoever we may shout about inequalities the fact remains that it is women who will have to fight for their rights as men will not change their attitudes so easily . In a deep rooted traditional society social changes can take hundred or more years to change for better. law must be strictly applied and awareness created constantly.

Feeling tired once in a while is fine during to our lifestyle. But if it is a serious problem then one should seek necessary medical help. I have few tips one can follow to get better sleep.
Avoid watching TV in the evenings especially the kind of shows which activate the mind like voilence, drama etcDo not drink coffee / Tea after 4 in the eveningDrink a glass of warm milk before going bed. Some times body temperature also disturbs the sleep. washing your face, palm and feet in cold water helps to fall asleep easily.Try meditating at least 30 min in the late evening preferably before dinner.There should be at least 2 hrs gap between dinner and sleep time.

In modern times, window shopping is not limited to women or men. People do it to kill time especially in malls over weekends without spending money, particularly bachelors who stay away from home i mean non locals. People don't feel like sitting in paying guest homes the whole day. You never know some times one might end up actually purchasing, if there are good deals.
