There is no issue if lawful action is taken either by University or police. The issue is that many take law in their own hands and make violence in courts even. There are doctored videos. Legal action by police/ court or university administration is okay. No problem.

There are bound to be a few bad eggs everywhere, does not mean that the party is the same and by the time Vajpayee had taken over, the horse had fled and all trails left cold by the previous government,,,he could do precious little and once Silent Singh and Sonia took over , they made sure that Q got away with the loot and all charges dropped against him !!! Let us not even compare the Communal party with BJP , it is like chalk and cheese ..

In almost all western countries there is dress code for office goers, especially those who work for the council and government, so I dont see anything wrong in having a Khadi day for government workers on a specified day since it also makes one respect ones own fabric , which is also part of ones culture and tradition ..There is no restriction on freedom here since uniform is just a matter of uniformity not restriction !

Don't be too sure of the BJP government. Vajpayee was in power for 6 years and his performance on Bofors and Q is zero. Same with present government. My friend from Delhi tells me that a senior functionary of BJP tipped Mallya and advised him to fly out. He gave me the name, but i can't write here.

Now the case is drawing to a conclusion with the JNU panel has recommended to expel Kanhaiya and 4 others who made inflammatory speech against the nation, a true case of sedition..The final decision will be taken on Monday !

That is exactly the issue, if he can himself say he is a British citizen in UK, he cannot get away from that...However, it is also a known fact that the whites take care of their own, so facts may be twisted by the British government which would love to see a Caucasian born at the helm of affairs in India , like they once did...So, all the more important that the mother-son duo be exposed and show how far they would go in their greed for power and wealth which of course they have taken and stashed away all over the world ..

Of course we can definitely expect the NDA government to go all out and make sure that he is brought to book unlike the previous government which sat on the issue since 2004 !
