My family is traditional Rajasthani, but we have not tradition of ghgoongat.    What you said is true. You have set an example, though you are a Rajasthani by breaking away age old tradition. Himmat Walah hai Tum. Mubarak ho !!!!

The horse beater mla is not the kind that needs to be put up with, hope the truth comes out and even if he did not hit the horse, he had no business hitting anyone or anything with a stick.. Modi is doing his best, but the lower rungs of BJP must understand stakes involved.. Also Modi needs to be assertive. In case he had suspended the bjp MLA at one go, his stàture in India and world would have risen manifold.     First of all for an elected rep to be suspended there shd be very strong reason and evidence for which time is required, one cannot always go by media, evidence as was seen in kanhaiyas case and at that time the same people felt that the action taken was hasty... Suspension ofMLA is only by legislature. Modi could have suspended from party. What a strong message it would have been.   Isn't thst contrsdictory? And strong message to who? The opposition? For those who can understand, an incident like this is because of an individual, the party has no role on it .

rambabu wrote: usha manohar wrote:According to one member BJP has a presence only in the northern states which is totally wrong because Karnataka has a very strong BJP presence with at least two ministers from the state at the center, it is better to check ones facts before ranting out simply for the sake of doing so. There are members here, who drag the discussion without knowing the facts. The member is helpless. Not only in BJP also have base in Maharashtra. But it is also right that congress is better than BJP in South.

Mallya was tipped off by a  BJP leader. If BJP is strong then they  must arrest the parties to the loans, the Bank heads. Tipped of by  BJP ? But BJP says, Mallya is a Congress Baby. http://www.ndtv.com/india-news/vijay-mallya-is-congress-baby-upa-forced-bank-to-give-him-loans-bjp-1287061 Both congress and BJP claiming  that Mallya is your baby, and baby is enjoying this it. Politicians and burocrates both are involve in Mallya escape. Here in Rajasthan Indra Bishnoi, witness of Bhanwari Devi mured case is escape more than three years but government could not trace her or don't want to trace.  Both BJP and Congress need to be thrown in Arabian Sea. We need a clean and fresh party and leader. Maybe a revolution like the French revolution. I'm very firm in my opinion. I can emphatically say, there is no need for revolution. If at all anything can be done to the Nation, it's BJP. Of course Congress has been thrown already in Arabian Sea. Only thing is BJP should be given time. In Hindi there is a proverb, ek hi thaili ke chatte-batte' and to be very honest this proverb can be used for the political parties. So, we must not expect much because every political party safeguard the wealthy people and common people are basically considered as no one. If this party does something great in this case then people can trust them. So, it's better to wait and watch. One more proverb of Hindi, Chor Chor Mosarey Bhai.
