Bombay High Court refused to stay IPL opener. A decision on the remaining 19 matches scheduled in Maharashtra has been kept pending, What I feel is the venue for IPL should be shifted to a venue where there is no water shortage. It's good, the HC has Green signaled only for the inaugural match ONLY.
I too feel IPL either should be postponed or completely canceled for the year 2016. The water crisis is there all over the country. I support cancellation altogether.. There is nothing wrong if IPL is skipped for an year. What I mentioned in my post is all about lovers of cricket in India and elsewhere. Nothing else.

Indeed, the matches should not be held this year, its a sheer waste of water which can be useful for other purposes in drought hit areas. There should be full support for non conducting of this season. The Article supplies the necessary information to enlighten people of the state of being of people in Mumbai and the Section 144 in areas of water shows the plight of the condition. I think even the first match should have been suspended and then the case should have been continued.

Agree to your point that cancer can be prevented by adopting healthy lifestyle. I had read somewhere that some vaccine are actually the cause for developing cancer; HPV vaccine is suppose to help prevent the cancer, but in some cases it has acted in reverse way, HPV vaccine seemed to be the cause for developing cancer. In my opinion we cannot trust vaccines completely. If we eat healthy food and maintain healthy lifestyle I believe many dreadful diseases are preventable.
It also depends on luck..I have seen healthiest and fittest of people get cancer and by the time it gets detected , it is too late. This happened with one of my relatives who was considered a model of health and fitness. He died last year of prostate cancer which got detected at stage 4

The MCA and crazy cricket lovers will argue any way they want because they want to enjoy watching the match.
It just goes to show the pathetic state of average India human mind, selfishness.. I sincerely hope that the court takes a strict view of the issue

rambabu replied to the topic Flyover under construction ( since 7 years collapses in Calcutta !!.
According to latest news, PM Narendra Modi, speaking at an election rally in Madarit north Bengal, said that the Flyover collapse signifies a Message from God illuminating the dangers of the All India Tranamool Congress led by the CM Mamata Banerjee. He further added, today the Flyover collapsed, tomorrow the state of Bengal will collapse, if the TMC continues to stay in power.
I must appreciate Modi's way to send the message in a crisp and short way in such a way that it lands straight in to the Brains of the electorate of Bengal.

In today's scenario one cannot function without multi tasking because you have to take care of so many things - home, work, other work , personal work..I automatically think and plan on doing at least 3 jobs at the same time in the morning , like running he washing machine, making tea and cutting vegetables or fruits as the need may be, or washing utensils ! I am sure most working women would do this because you are perpetually in a hurry !
That kind of multitasking is vital for today's women. After waking up in the morning, first things that I have to do are start chopping onions, veggies etc. for the tiffin box as well as for breakfast, at the same time making tea, heating up milk etc. Similar things repeated through the day, even at night while watching TV, I am either planning for next day's meals or cleaning leafy veggies or other stuff, peeling garlic etc. Multitasking is essential, and I think doing all these things by ourselves involves not just alertness of our brain but also fine motor function of our nervous system, which keeps us quick and alert in the mind.
The same in my case, I dont have a minute to spare in the mornings and when I have house guests it is such a difficult balancing act to do everything and leave home on time. I normally make half my preparations the day before so that it becomes easier the next day.
Making some preparations the day before is definitely a good idea. It certainly saves time. My wife too follows this method. If the preparations are properly stored so that their nutritional and taste values are in tact, this method is ideal for saving lot of time.

Depending on the type of cell that is affected, there are different kinds of Cancers. Most important characteristic of cancer is many symptoms are not presented until they are in advanced stage. Bajirao answered the question When do you think is the correct time for children to go to sleep?.
It is difficult to inculcated strict rules for children, but in my opinion it is better to sleep around 9.30 to 10 pm so that they can wake up early around 7 am in the morning.
