There is enough proof about activities of Congress led by Sonia and her stooge ManMohan Singh. Obviously all the proof cannot be presented in a small discussion , but the legal papers catalogue the proof and culpability of the Congress and Sonia in particular along with Rahul. Come to think of it even Rajiv had siphoned crores in the Bofors deal. All proof is there and it was weakness of Vajpayee that he did not proceed against Sonia.  For all his faults Modi is better than Congress. At least nobody can say he is corrupt. Please give only couple of irrefutable legally valid  proofs of culpability. Courts cleared Bofors. But still you are not convinced and will never be. It is right that courts cleared Bofors. Courts requited proofs for it they depends of investigation agencies. How India investigation agencies are impartial everyone know. Pinjrey main band Tota. In my view, Modi is missing a great chance to have a date with history, by idling away on Kashmir and Article 370.He suffers from election syndrome and like Congress is cultivating vote banks. What interpretation one can give to his action of buckling to Jat and Patel agitation?. I am afraid this will be bad for history. Secondly, I feel Muslims will at some stage press for another division ( maybe 50-60 years) hence. They have no say in governance.Despite a population percentage of 15, they have just 5-6 MPs. I am also feeling that Modi show weakness on these two issues. What Jat and Patel done during agitation I think no need to write here.

I feel it is better to wait for some time and accumulate cash through short term investments for buying consumer items. Even if loan is taken, total payout as EMI should not be too much.  Consumers items have any limit. It is better to keep needs in limit. If cooler is enough than no need to buy AC. It is easy to buy car on EMI but  it is not easy to bear it running exp. today higher education is must expensive, so it not bad to get education loan.

How ingenouos. Should we blame Modi govt or previous govt. No, we have to blame greed of humans. Showing donation is old system. At present school and college management get open saving account of employees and keep ATM card with them. Every month after depositing salary they withdraw it with ATM. There after they pay to employees decided amount, Which is not more than 25% of signed amount.

They are just paid cash and no proof is left of their service. The employers show less workers on roll with several motives. One is that they will not have to comply with labor law, viz. ESI, PF etc.  secondly, with less workers on roll, they will show less production and so less liability for central excise, sales tax/VAT as well as income tax. The only way to fight exploitation is to form strong workers' unions. Collective strength of workers is definitely more than individual worker's. That is why the workers in unorganized sector are exploited more. On May Day, the importance of strong workers' movement and unions can hardly be under stated. Unity is strength. It is right to that get rights union are useful. But at present most of union leaders are working for their own interest. here in my more that 10000 auto are running and 3 or 4 union is also here. Most of presidents of these unions are history sheeter. Union leaders are collecting big amount as membership fees. Some parts of it is reaching to police and traffic department and some for union leaders. Most of tempo drivers have not fear of law and order because of union. Violation of traffic rules are very common here.

vijay wrote: But many see it as cause of injustice to Hindus.   On the other hand, I see as undue benefit to Hindu capitalist and business class. The unique artificial identity of 'Hindu Undivided Family' is available only to Hindus. This concept of HUF enables the rich Hindus to reduce tax liability and form multiple firms with a view to save taxes. Not only this, even the gods/ goddesses/ deities can be used by rich Hindus to save tax. They can even make the deities tax paying entities, run business in partnership with the deities or in their names. They can even have separate account of deities. All the cash even in name of deities belongs actually to them (Hindu businessmen) but they pay less or no tax. I suggest that it will be good  idea to abolish the concept of artificial juridical persons in name of deities and also the concept of H.U.F. as a step towards uniform law.

Even Hindus have different customs. So personal law governing marital relations, customs, succession cannot be uniform. The votaries of so called uniform civil code wish to thrust the Hindu Law on others.  Not only Muslims but even tribal have unique system. Many tribal have matriarchal social system. I wonder how they will be adjusted in so called uniform civil code. I believe that the current ruling alliance also understands that the uniform civil code is not worth even for discussion. That is why they have put this in cold storage.
