Showing donation is old system. At present school and college management get open saving account of employees and keep ATM card with them. Every month after depositing salary they withdraw it with ATM. There after they pay to employees decided amount, Which is not more than 25% of signed amount.

Unity is strength. It is right to that get rights union are useful. But at present most of union leaders are working for their own interest. here in my more that 10000 auto are running and 3 or 4 union is also here. Most of presidents of these unions are history sheeter. Union leaders are collecting big amount as membership fees. Some parts of it is reaching to police and traffic department and some for union leaders. Most of tempo drivers have not fear of law and order because of union. Violation of traffic rules are very common here.

This concept of HUF enables the rich Hindus to reduce tax liability and form multiple firms with a view to save taxes. Not only this, even the gods/ goddesses/ deities can be used by rich Hindus to save tax. They can even make the deities tax paying entities, run business in partnership with the deities or in their names. They can even have separate account of deities. I suggest that it will be good idea to abolish the concept of artificial juridical persons in name of deities and also the concept of H.U.F. as a step towards uniform law.

UCC will solve no problems. In fact, we are better without this. Various religious communities have different customs. Even Hindus have different customs. So personal law governing marital relations, customs, succession cannot be uniform. The votaries of so called uniform civil code wish to thrust the Hindu Law on others. Not only Muslims but even tribal have unique system. Many tribal have matriarchal social system. I wonder how they will be adjusted in so called uniform civil code.
I believe that the current ruling alliance also understands that the uniform civil code is not worth even for discussion. That is why they have put this in cold storage.

The basic law is that every one is innocent unless otherwise proved. If nobody has been proved guilty in BOFORS, it follows that nobody is guilty. There is no need for any clean chit as such. failure to convict itself is clean chit.
