Some time normal exercises harm than good. yesterday I practice some exercise to improve movement in my ankles, but I have problem of swelling.

Yes, I can say one thing for sure, that combining yoga with weightlifting exercises will do a lot of good than with only Weightlifting exercises.
Cricketers, shooters, and other players of other games is practicising yoga and meditation, they are not fool.

My neighbor's, 3 year old kid will be seen always with a cell phone in her hands. When my wife asked the mother not to give cell, to the kids, she replied, that , to get a free uninterrupted time for her gossiping,, she gives cell to the kids. Such parents too are there.

It happened to me recently. Though I'm aged and never feel tired generally, owing to constant travels, exposing myself to extreme weather conditions, I felt tired. Doctor advised me not to undertakejourneys especially, in the present heat conditions

Country Is Facing Severe Summer This Year...
Since we are facing many problems with water supply our DC had some excellent advise to give to all the citizens of the district. He appealed to all people not to waste water on washing cars and clean the compound using water hose etc ...He also finally said that along with people we need to make sure that pets,animals , birds and house plants too need to be taken care of and all of this can be done by carefully planned water management to stretch our limited supply.
