Pity !!! How many of us are aware of the efficacy of our own ancient medical systems ? Ayurveda is one of the oldest Therapeutic systems in the World, which was born in Bharat. If people do not realize this fact, well, it's OK. BUT, not having faith on Ayurvedic medicines, should not be treated as anti- Nationalism.
Faith in therapy is different in person to person. Some person faith in Ayurveda some in allopethy, some in homeo pathy. So it is not fair to say anti national who have not faith in Ayurveda.
Mostly Convenience makes one to get oriented towards a particular therapy. In my childhood, as far as I remember, my Grand mother laid the foundations for choosing Ayurveda. For curing any ailment, she used to take me to an Ayurvedic practitioner known as Ratho. I remember vividly, how he used to make a preparation mixing, roots, leaves and bark of neem . This made me a firm believer in Ayurveda. But never even for a moment, at that time or later to prove my Nationalistic traits.
Before 50 years Ayurveda was first priorty of peoples. It is government who focus of allopathy. I am also believe in Ayurveda. In these I am taking amla powder for BP problem, it is effective.
True. Ayurveda prescribes Indian Gooseberry or Amla to control BP. Besides Amla, there are several Home remedies which can control BP. Eating 2 or 3 Garlic cloves daily with your meals too will help in reducing BP.
Because of Drug Mafia, whose aim is to murder the Traditional therapies like Ayurveda, the importance of Allopathy has increased. Still, Ayurveda or Yoga and such traditional therapies are surviving because of their efficacy.
Drug Mafia who is criticize Ayurveda is now using many herbs in their products. New Eno is launched with parsley properties. I tried garlic for BP control but It is my experience that Amla is more effective than garlic.
That's good. After all, you can have an option. You are the best to choose what suits you or what doesn't. Regarding Drug Mafia, what all I want to say is, no power can stop the the efficacy of traditional therapies like Ayurveda, Aroma therapy, herbal therapy, Naturopathy and Meditation.

There lies the greatness of Modi. When Rahul said, "ModiJi, Kuch to Boliye," Modi did not care to reply Rahul. This action of Modi clearly speaks of his character. Yes heat can really drain you of energy especially if you are out in the sun for a long period of time. I had to travel to a nearby city today to attend a function and the 90 kms combined drive in the heat and the usual traffic and noise can be exhausting ! I have taken rest from my usual gardening and even daily walk ..

The met department has predicted that the Monsoon rains enter India through Kerala on May 30th itself nearly a week earlier and within two weeks will spread across the country. However, pre monsoon showers that we have been getting in most parts of the country too might spread wider and places like Delhi may get to see some showers before actual monsoons begin.

@ Shampa ..I suppose so because the change happened very fast during the previous two decades and it was difficult for many of those who were already adults to cope with it. They are neither here nor there. Something similar happened soon after Independence I am told because things changed drastically within India .

Once the Red corner notice is issued, Interpol will seek the arrest the person concerned in any part of the World. Now it is imminent Mallya will be in the Net. May take time.
He should be arrested and face the legalities. The way he recently commented on this issue, as if he is the victim, is disgusting. He should be brought to books and then I think it will be a strong message to all those celebrities also who had partied with him despite knowing that he is a wilful defaulter.
Of course, Mallya will be arrested. You know, these legal proceedings are cumbersome and time taking. The Government is doing all that it should do. It may take time. But, this biggest economic offender will be behind the bars. That's for sure.
keep smoking the pipe its not going to happen.
Thank you M.G. I'm not a smoker. But I'm optimistic About about Mallya's extradition, Especially after issuing Red Corner notice in Interpol.

rambabu liked the topic What the Rise of Narendra Modi Means to India.
I am forwarding an interesting information about Narendra Modi.We should be proud for electing Narendra Modi as a Prime minister of India.I was in Delhi recently for official work. Yesterday I met a person in local AC bus. From him I learnt how things have changed in Central government aftre Modi became PM. This is man is working in South Bloc for last 25 years. I at once asked him whether things have changed after Modi.
He told that previously there was a culture among some Secretary level officers, not to come to office on time. Even after coming, they used to keep their work pending. In case, of urgency, there was a culture to sit late in the office. During late sitting, they use to order their dinner from “Hotel Le Meridian” @₹1300/- per plate. Though there were hardly 15 people present in the office, yet food used to come for about 30 people. (including for the family members of those so called Secretaries). In the next day morning, their bills of ₹39,000/- for last night dinner use to get passed instantly by the Planning Commission’s Vice Chairman Mr. Montek Singh Ahluwalia. That was the kind of wastage of public money by these officers during the Congress-led U.P.A government.
Now, if someone has to sit late at office, their food comes from their home. Previously there was a habit of spending public money on changing furniture, curtains and furnishing of office. Now, P.M. has instructed that no furniture and curtains would be replaced before 7 years and no furnishing allowed before 11 years.
Now, no file can be kept pending for more than 7 days. Otherwise direct P.M.O. starts enquiries. P.M. takes class to his Ministers at around 6:20 AM whenever necessary. P.M. Modi ji gets up daily before 5 AM and throughout the year he is reaching office before 9:20 AM. Modi ji keeps fast for more than 100 days in a year. During fast he consumes only water.
Daily at 10:10 AM all attendance sheets are dispatched to Prime Minister Office.
Kaaju- Kishmish Milk culture in Central Government Ministries has now been stopped by our New Prime Minister.
After 2014 elections, Central Government’s revenue has increased by approximately 17%, Expenses have been curtailed by our Prime Minister.
Thank you India for choosing NARENDRA MODI ji as OUR PRIME MINISTER.

My complements to you my pal. I fully agree with you. You have given a realistic picture about how the during the Congress regime added burden to the exchequer and how this congress Government led to the brink of disaster for 2 decades continuously. After Modi took over the reigns, things happened very quickly which contributed to an excellent Governance. You made it very clear how the present Government has brought back the ruined country to its original form. I'm of the opinion, a lot has to be done and I'm confident, Modi will certainly successful in delivering the Goods.
No doubt Modi Ji is an honest person and also wants from other to be honest. Modi can done much better if he parties and some members of BJP don't pull his legs. Know new issue is qualification of Modi Ji. It is worth and meaning less issue, only to divert attention of Modi Ji.

Noted Lawyer and Swaraj Abhiyan Leader Prashant Bhudhan and his colleague, Yogendra Yaday made fresh revelations on the AugustaWestland scam, in which senior Congress leaders like Sonia Gandhi and others alleged to be involved. ChattisGarh chief minister Raman Singh's name in the multi crore VVIP bribery scam case. Anyhow Congress and its sycophants are certainly involved.

Every day there seems to be some new additions to the Augusta scam, now with Prashnat Bushan and Yogendra Yadav making some fresh charges against BJP...My own feeling is that the presence of hand can be seen here to divert attention from themselves and the duo are out of AAP anyway, may want to join the scam party in the near future..

Yes heat can really drain you of energy especially if you are out in the sun for a long period of time. I had to travel to a nearby city today to attend a function and the 90 kms combined drive in the heat and the usual traffic and noise can be exhausting ! I have taken rest from my usual gardening and even daily walk ..

usha manohar replied to the topic Country is facing Severe Summer this year..

Latest news on Mallya. ED has sought an Interpol notice against Mallya. A Red corner Notice is issued to seek the location and arrest of Wanted persons with a view to extradition.
