I guess you will stick to one stand even when you are proved wrong like in Bank Merger discussion.. Before making your own judgments , almost as if you know Tina Dabi and are part of the selection committee , try and get as much information possible without being prejudiced .,

Instead of seeing and appreciating hard and honest work of youngsters such as Tina, there is no dearth of those who are jealous of such spectacular success and try to drag non-issues in picture creating controversies. Even if she might indeed be from reservation quota, but look at the way she has worked hard and achieved success in the very first attempt, which by itself, is certainly not an easy task.

Youth of present generation who are IT savvy are pursuing the Modi's Digital India concept that is aimed at making the country self sufficient in IT. Earlier IT sector used to be monopolized mostly by Western Countries. In this process, if younger generation spend before the gadgets or other electronic gadgets day in and day out, it certainly jeopardizes  family relations. More than that, this addiction leads to several Brian related ailments.

MG Singh wrote: It is important to understand what Fascism is. I have written extensively on Fascism and had a first-hand view of it in Italy as well. Fascism is a special philosophy and exists from Roman times. i shall give my ref to Fascism. Those who talk of RSSbeing a Fascist organization, I am afraid do not know what Fascism is. On this subject i shall not cross swords with people who parrot "fascism" not knowing what it is.        I agree that this is a term used loosely by anyone and everyone when they want  to describe someone or something they dont agree with and we have to take it in the same spirit, that it actually means nothing or very little...I am quoting an interesting take on Fascism that I came across in an article written by George Orwell.. It will be seen that, as used, the word ‘Fascism’ is almost entirely meaningless. In conversation, of course, it is used even more wildly than in print. I have heard it applied to farmers, shopkeepers, Social Credit, corporal punishment, fox-hunting, bull-fighting, the 1922 Committee, the 1941 Committee, Kipling, Gandhi, Chiang Kai-Shek, homosexuality, Priestley's broadcasts, Youth Hostels, astrology, women, dogs and I do not know what else. Yet underneath all this mess there does lie a kind of buried meaning. To begin with, it is clear that there are very great differences, some of them easy to point out and not easy to explain away, between the régimes called Fascist and those called democratic. Secondly, if ‘Fascist’ means ‘in sympathy with Hitler’, some of the accusations I have listed above are obviously very much more justified than others. Thirdly, even the people who recklessly fling the word ‘Fascist’ in every direction attach at any rate an emotional significance to it. By ‘Fascism’ they mean, roughly speaking, something cruel, unscrupulous, arrogant, obscurantist, anti-liberal and anti-working-class. Except for the relatively small number of Fascist sympathizers, almost any English person would accept ‘bully’ as a synonym for ‘Fascist’. That is about as near to a definition as this much-abused word has come. But Fascism is also a political and economic system. Why, then, cannot we have a clear and generally accepted definition of it? Alas! we shall not get one — not yet, anyway. To say why would take too long, but basically it is because it is impossible to define Fascism satisfactorily without making admissions which neither the Fascists themselves, nor the Conservatives, nor Socialists of any colour, are willing to make. All one can do for the moment is to use the word with a certain amount of circumspection and not, as is usually done, degrade it to the level of a swearword.

I guess there is an overdose of Yoga here and on the net because everyone speaks about it as if they are an expert on Yoga ! Yoga is personal and if one wants to chant OM , which by the way is very rejuvenating because you have to chant it in a certain way that clears your entire respiratory system, it is their choice , if not it is again their choice , but they miss out on something beneficial for themselves !

The case of Tina Dabi is a genuine candidate who topped the list in the UPSC exams.Social websites like FB publish without verifying facts. And  the result is,it spread wrong messages all over the Country about Tina Dabi. This is the handiwork of mischief mongers created out of jealousy.

Rather a too-selfish attitude and self-centredness, is what I can sum up above the current generation. Of course, there are exceptions, but most of them are too insensitive and inconsiderate to others. Me, myself, mine, is what stands up for them most.

Why merger of banks will not serve any purpose   The process has already started , in fact the smaller banks and financial institutes have already taken signed documents from their employees agreeing to the merger. One of my cousin works for a co operative bank that is also going to merge with SBI and she has already signed a consent letter/document and most of the people are happy because they get upgraded and get better pay structure and benefits ..

Yes, the capsules help to ingest the medicine otherwise it becomes too difficult to consume without it unless we dissolve the content in large amount of water.  I tried consuming the medicine without capsule, just removed the medicine content from the capsule, added in the water and drank whole water, it was too bitter. It didn't caused any wrong effect on my body but it was not edible to take the medicine without capsule.  There is actually a scientific reason for existence of the capsules, some type of medicines are required to be absorbed slowly and in the specific parts of our digestive system, hence they are made into capsules which start getting digested only when they reach the colons and medicine inside is released. Otherwise, why would the pharma companies take pains to mahufacture capsules, the medicine inside could easily be sold in tablet form, but there is a specific reason for the capsule form. So it should be taken as is and not broken and only the contents ingested, as doing so would not have the desired effect in treatment.

Why make things unnecessarily difficult for oneself when you have easier and better alternatives. Medication is a reality of life ! What about when you have a deep wound that needs stitches which were earlier and even now made with cats gut or some such animal material ! Can we say no to that ..

Pease provide links in Englisg so that everyone gets to read it. How would you like it if I provided a link in my own language ? Reservation is a touchy subject for those who dont come under it because they have to really struggle to make any mark. This is one of the worst legacies that we have inherited from our past rulers that can never be undone. It is but natural that we get too hear such remarks when there is some truth in the matter and it is better to analyse it from all angles before making judgments . Please go through this link as well which is in English.. http://jagrukbharat.com/3733/ias-preparation/
