Very true. Ayurveda laid out rules for a happy and ailment free life thousands of years ago.. I'm an ardent believer of Ayurveda which is based on the principle of " Prevention is better than cure," All the tips in the article are wonderful and one must strictly adhere to the rules. Many of us drink water onlywhen we feel thirsty. It's a wrong practice. Human body consists of 50 to 7o percent of water. We should ensure this water level has to be maintained always. Otherwise our body gets dehydrated and leads to several ailments. I fully agree, that one should not drink water while standing.

As per Ayurveda, drinking water while standing is not a good habit, while some experts say that drinking water while standing may cause pain in knee after some time. The correct way is drink water while sitting and drink slowly.

I had come across with many examples, where the parents force their children in achieving unrealistic targets, thereby subjecting their children to immense pressure. Some children unable to withstand the pressure either run away from homes or become rebels.

Very thought provoking article. It certainly is an eye opener to those parents, who exert pressure on their offspring to achieve excellence. Such parents least bother, how it acts on the minds of the tender minds.Parents, unless they accept their children as children, parenting will prove to be counter productive. Parenting is not about making their children mere Robots.
Support and make them comfortable and make the children confident so that they become self confident. This confidence goes a long way in future to achieve lofty heights.

Personally, I think any govt. servant should refrain from writing in journals or internet anything except literary work. I am aware that govt. employees are not allowed even to write letters to Editor. It appears that these days officers do not care about conduct rules.

First you adjust the page as you want so that you get whatever details you want within the page on your computer screen.Then press prt sc ( print screen ) normally located on the top right hand side row of buttons. Then open start and open paint. Here at the left hand side there is a tab that says paste and you click on that after which you will have the image on the screen which you can save on your computer folder .
