India does not lack buying power. It usually ends up as the number 1 o r2 defence weapons buyer in the world. Clout is there but gets diluted by the genetic Indian disease of Corruption.

I am told that Patanjali products are directly in competition with Himalaya, and is cheaper . Himalaya has built up a solid reputation, so it will not be easy to overthrow them any time soon, although Patanjali is making good profits

This term vegetarian is a misnomer, it shd be vegetarian only because even meat eaters eat vegetables . You don't eat only meat when you are a non vegetarian. Vegans find it even more tough when they are traveling to other countries..

Inter dependence will always be there between nations , even when they are developed and almost self sufficient. Their buying power and the clout that comes with it. India lacks both as of now, may be we have been building up on that ..

I am sure Patanjali is making good products but as matter of fact I have yet to use one. I think most of his products are costlier than other products barring a few which I do not use.

I said India was cut off from they main lobby of developed countries led by 5 big ones. I have already said we don't have to depend on America. America is a trader who will go to any extent for getting business. On fact, America is the root cause of weapons and bombs. first it encourage countries to fight with each other and then sell its weapons to them.

Anil, we follow some traditions because they have become a part of our life in spite of not having any scientific validity. At the same time traditions and customs a,way if life and it depends on individual and communities to either follow them or leave them or at times improvise depending on the demands of the present day needs..

@ vijay, I got your meaning right then , was referring to other members who were making it look like a loss making effort which it is not. I am yet to try a single product of Patanjali, so cannot give my opinion as to how good or bad it is.

Fish is seafood, not meat so you can be called fisheatarian not non vegetarian..most people living on the coast eat fish almost daily along with vegetables

Open deserts do get chiilly in winter. But the point is yield and the flavour. Even in Kashmir Valley it is limited to a very small area.

now free flow salt is not good for health. Only rock salt is good for health because it does not flow freely. Soon someone will say free flowing water is not good for health. only non free flowing water in form of ice is good. One member may support it.

My statement that does Patanjali male losses was in response to a statement that others make bread for profit but Patanjali makes products for good health. It was a taunt, but you all Patanjal product users can not digest this and have started posting his cash statements. Please do not be so touchy. soon Baba will introduce a fair cream. He makes all products developed by MNC's in a patriotic manner.

Non aligned movement was a bloc of nearly 100 nations. Were they all fools. It is surprising that you and Usha want India to be a favorite nation of USA like Pakistan was and now is of China. Seems you lack confidence in your abilities as a nation and want protection. how sad for a large country like India.

Forgot it that Pakistan is a favorat country of China, For both country Pakistan is Pawn. USA is using against China, and China is against India.
