then where goes the freedom of expression of every citizen of India, if the government workers cannot speaks their words in public which they want to say.
A government employee is an important part of the administrative mechanism. He is supposed to be politically neutral and perform his job in accordance with law and departmental rules/ instructions. He is not supposed to express any political preferences- likes or dislikes. A govt. employee cannot even frequently attend public meetings of a particular party. The only right that a govt. employee can exercise is right of vote. But even then he must not indicate to others how he voted.
This is what is contained in conduct rules. As long as one is in govt. service, it is necessary to observe political neutrality for sake of smooth governance.
freedom is not just a right but responsibilities too.

Of course people have different ideas as to what success means, for some it is goal attainment, for some it is having lots of money and wealth, could be that was their goal to begin with and so on.. but when one says successful life it is much deeper than that because many things need to be considered

Next time a vegetable wala comes and says yes it will be 80 from tomorrow because he heard it on TV in the morning.
Here,
True, before 2 - 3 days I bought the tomato at rate of 30 / kg, but when I went to same shopkeeper to buy tomato he was selling it at 60/k.g., and said that after watching the news, this rate has increased and some shopkeepers in the market are selling at 80 / kg.
Here tomatoes are selling Rs. 100 per Kg.

Gulshan Kumar Ajmani replied to the topic What does success mean?.
Success is nothing but attainment of goal set for oneself. This may mean anything. This has nothing to do with happiness, virtue etc. If a thief has completed his job and not nabbed by police, he has got success.

Manoj Kumar Lamba created new topic Advantages and Disadvantages of R.O. water..
Today every one is looking for pure water to drink, and the R.O. companies are taking advantage of it. They are only telling one side of R.O. water, that their company machine will purify more and you will drink pure water. But nobody is telling the other side of it, that with removing impurities, R. O. machines are also removing most of the beneficial elements from the water, which will effect on the proper working of human body.
