Reviewing is one thing that I habitually do from time to time. Reviewing helps in knowing to what extent one has covered and to what extent one has to cover to reach your Goals. This activity creates a sort of confidence. This, I do before and after my journeys, article writing, even while posting a new thread in the forums.

Of course success becomes much more meaningful when it comes after failure... We have so many such example around us , celebrities and Industrialists even common people who taste success after failure and years of hard work. At the same time success comes with its own complications ..
Yes agree. The most important complication is the hard work and mental stress. However once you get out of failures this mental stress becomes happiness.
True, it is also true that we have to pay a price for everything whether it is career, personal happiness or success. Nothing in life comes free. Recently I happened to read a biography of a multi millionaire based in UK , where he writes that having unlimited amount of money was a burden to him , so he gave most of it away, even his properties and other assets were given away, some to his children and some to other organisations, after which when he had just enough , he found inner peace, for a while. But being used to hard and dedicated work he could not stay away from his work , so he again became busy and ended up being as rich in a few more years ! Again the same restlessness..
This account reminds me of the book I read The Monk Who Sold his Ferrari, and its sequel about The Secret Letters from the Monk who Sold his Ferrari. It goes on to say the same thing, money is not important or crucial for happiness but finding the inner peace.
I have read that as well, mastering ones mind, reflecting and analysing our own day today activities help us a lot in developing our personality. Many a times we realise that true happiness and even success is a state of mind, nothing to do with money or material possession.

The decision by the UK leaving the European Union has impact on India in Multiple layers. Investment plans may be delayed. Uncertainty for the IT Sector. Oil price may be dropped. Rupee may hit 70 Vs Dollar.

I am yet to come across any case where the central government has given importance playing one religion against the other , it just shows a biased view from the member so no point in taking other factors mentioned as well..If there is a lack about which you are complaining it is what has been inherited from the previous rule or misrule , however you take it ! There are enough brilliant minds that are working in the Modi government so things will turn positive but it needs time ..

Kalyani, if we notice the pattern of voting it is largely those in the age group of 65+ that have voted to stay out, he youngsters wanted to be with EU because they see the extended benefits that would give them..It will not be easy for Britain to be isolated . As far as India is concerned , since we have many British based firms, it would affect us .

Of course reaching the top position and getting stuck there is alright especially now since one can do it anyway - by hook or crook ! why simply blame only Babu who is a weekend poster and does so at lightning speed !!!

Shampa, this thread was more a wake up call , sorry if it sends out negative signals and scares you away..As you can see all the regular members are active and posting and sharing thoughts .In fact, it would be really nice to see you starting a discussion since you have always started thought provoking and interesting discussions in the past !

Heat oven to 425 F
Place one Pie crust in ungreased 9 inch glass pie plate.
Gently mix ingredients. Spoon in to crust lined pie plate.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
The crust is golden Brown.

Creating interest towards the Site's activities both for the existing members and new comers is the most important factor. If manipulators are left out and allow them to score points , members will be disgusted and leave the site. In this regard Administrator has to take initiative to see the site maintains a congenial atmosphere.

Once the members start loosing interest in a writing site due to dissatisfaction then it is very bad for the site. The admin must wake up. Thanks to all the members who contributed here which helped me to learn more about the functioning of the site. Hope we can see some positive changes in the near future!

For a Country Developmental measures are vital. For example Modi's Government implemented 'Make in India'. This scheme makes India self sufficient in Industrial, IT and many such realms. Dependence on other countries will be reduced.
