Rafi's song Mehalon Me Rahane Wale was the only song I liked. But there are many memorable songs sung by Manna Dey, Hemant Kumar and the well known classical singer Amir Khan. The reason for my liking only Rafi's song was, I could not understand the classical and semi classical nuances at that young age. How may understand classical and semi classical, but they enjoy all songs. Pucho Na Kaise Maine Rain Betai, is one typical classical song of Manna Dey but I enjoyed this song.  True. I watched Shabab at a very young age of 12, in Hyderabad along with my father. Out of all the songs in Shabab, I liked Rafi's song 'Mehlon me Rahane Wale, because the song was simple with less classical tinge. With age, I developed a liking towards classical and semi classical songs. For example I immensely liked, Bade Ghulam Ali Khan's 'Shubh Din Aayo Raj Dulara' from Mughale Azam. It happen with every one. In my childhood I didn't song of Mukeh because most of songs of Mukesh are sad song, like it didn't like Raj Kapoor because of his mustache, Most youngsters prefer Mohammad Rafi and Kishore Kumars voice because they have a universal appeal...Mukesh has a nasal voice but nevertheless very attractive and he has sung some of the most loved songs of those times. One cannot imagine anyone else other than Mukesh singing mera jhoota hai japani or kisike muskurahaton pe ho nisar or bhool gaye kyon dekhe sahara ,

Anchal liked the topic Changes in Boddunan.
I have been observing some negative changes in this site. For the first time I find articles are not moderated. Number of articles has gone down. Again some articles of 700_800 words are paid Re 5 or 10. A 2000 word post was paid Re 20. I give Re 5 or 10 to beggar and I feel paying a writer R's 5 is not on. I suggest no payment may be made less than 20.  If a writers work is assesed as R's 5 there is no need to pay. let it be zero.It is better not to pay at all in case payment is 10 or 5.T here are lots of new writing sites like blasting news coming up and I want Boddunan to be competitive

Let us hope that this time our medal tally will improve.  True. India's performance in Asian and Common wealth Games were good. It's not so, when it comes to Olympics. Because of the tough Competition. India's attitude towards Games and Sports is Luke warm. As long as this attitude continues, India can never put up a good show in Olympics. Any way, Let's keep our fingers crossed and see the Medal tally in this Olympics. because this time we have sent more number of Athletes.

vijay wrote: powerful sand mafias are a curse to river based structures. these mafias even attack police and district officials. No government including Modi govt. has been able to control them. True...The sand mafias have literally trampled several tehsildars and other government officials under JCBs and tractors, many such murders have been reported. A few have been burned down by the sand mafias and yet no one has been able to control them. Probably because the sand mafias are controlled by the most powerful people at the very top. Only an extensive and armed assault against these killers can achieve any results.

I am sorry to say that i misunderstood the topic. This is about tracking your PAN Card status whereas I understood that the post is about getting information just by name about anybody's PAN details.  I am deleting my post.  Either way if you one can do that it is dangerous and a invasion of ones privacy..You did throw some light on it ! even after I felt sorry and deleted my post, it is pleasure that you found something useful therein. Indeed, more facilities in information technology also give rise to deprivation of privacy and security.

The constitution amendment bill has been passed in parliament. after getting assent from President, the bill has to be ratified by state assemblies also. After that a GST council with representatives from center and states will be formed. The council will decide the GST rates and propose  model GST Act/ rules.  We shall be in complete picture about GST only when the ACt and rules are framed.  However, GST is not a single tax as is being misunderstood. There will be CGST that will subsume central excise, import duty, CVD etc. The SGST will subsume the state taxes like VAT, Octroi, entertainment tax etc. Moreover, Petroleum products and Alcohol for human consumption will not be in GST net.  Also instead of single rate, states may be given band width- lower and upper limit within whjich they may fix rate.
