subconscious mind is a super power which in other term we call it god.subconscious mind is a so power full  that it brings whatever u wish in your life.the main thing you should know is how to make use of your subconscious mind .once you come to know the method to use your subconscious mind .it will act for u and will fulfill all your wishes for you.once you start believing in your subconscious power it will move the mountains for you.

your subconscious mind will be more active when u sleep and whenever your mind in alpha state.if you ask for something in your alpha with belief and when your subconscious mind starts accepting it .it will bring your wishes fulfilled.so you should know how to be aware in your alpha state and know how to give order to your subconscious mind.

you should practise yourself to be aware in alpha state.when you wake up in the morning sit  or lie down in your bed and  relax your body from your toe to your head .then start counting  backward from 100 to 1 .and slowly reduce your counting from 50 to 1 and on third week 10 to 1. you  may feel drift to sleep in the beginning that is nature. when you practice it for 1 week you will be aware of your alpha state and you can wish whatever you want come true in material life.

when you wish something to your subconscious mind you should be very care full the statement you give should  be in past tense  ie as the particular event has happened.then only your mind will accept it and will bring it to your life.if you give the statement in future tense which has not yet  happened your subconscious mind will accept it as not done and will never bring the event to happen in your life.

this is the secret of life when u learn to use your subconscious mind all your wishes will be fulfilled and once when you achieve your wishes all your sorrows will disappear and you will be more confident person.power of subconscious is called god by us .god is within you .the power of  god is within you .god is not outside he is within you.that is what all the religion tries to tell you in their own way but the message is one .
