Sometimes this colour distinction
egotisticity punches me in the face,
not only me, but my African friends
I must admit some white people
are really nice, but some to are just impossible
I offer to help one of them
with homework and she looks at me
like I'm some monster from the unfortunate
DNA of Africa, HOW?
Africa is a blessed continent,
I offer a handshake to one guy,
a he stares at me like I'm some demon,
you know what I think of
this rigid perception?
Well most racist have been injected
with the syrum of wrong knowledge,
black does not mean inferiority,
black does not mean evil,
black is beauty,
black is the talisman of the south
and if you come to America,
you will see the black talisman and flying snow,
catalyses of success,
differences are not meant for division,
differences make us strong,
so quit racism!
Please throw away this ideology
the symbol of inferiority and superiority
because friendship is the similarity
in the differences,
we might be different from each other,
but that does not mean we cannot
be one,
we can still work together for a better future,
throw away this wrong knowledge
and quit racism!
It seems this instance,
puts us Africans in the boxing rings
where some of the white people
punch us with rude comments
well, all I am saying is it is a cyanide
to unity,
let's be one,
quit racism!
