Unemployment is one of the common problem which could be noticed in every part of the world.I think the government should bring in fiscal policy and start lowering taxes, coupled with an increase in government spending. This would make the prices shoot up, but in my view high prices is a better trade off when we compare it with unemployment. Unemployment has its economics problems on the economy as does inflation. But the social problems it brings with it are far more than those problems brought about my inflation.
-An unemployed person has no salary or wages alright.
-On not finding a job he would turn to different crimes.
-She/he would stay in a house depending on someone else.
There are other problems as well, but if you look at these points again, you’re going to see that the problems an unemployed person brings with her/himself are mostly social.(not to forget the economics problems).
Unemployment is a problem for all countries. Even highly developed nations like USA, got that problem.Particularly after the economic recession episode, unemployment increased. If somebody expect theGovernment to give jobs to everyone, it is impossible. Any Government got their own limitations. But what is a solution for this. In India, what we need is ,some basic changes in our education system & work culture. Then we need some measures to control population, increase agriculture production & industrialisation.First, in the education system must be given more importance to job oriented courses.
We have to find out new courses for changing need of jobs. Second, we need is a good work culture. People must not be oriented towards white collar jobs. Every job got it's own dignity. We need a work culture where all jobs are respected and everybody willing to do any type of jobs.
I always believe that India's future lies in Agriculture, not in big industries.
Solution to the unemployment problem
There is no doubt that every person needs certain commodities and facilities to live. If an individual is left without work and thus has no income, how can he live? Only on others' income by unethical means. This kind of situation will only create criminals in society. Therefore under the WorldGovernment employment must be provided to all able adults, so that each person can work honestly and earn an income.
The unemployment problem can be alleviated entirely by reduction in the number of working hours in all professions. Gradually the working hours can be reduced starting with one hour, even to the extent of only four hours per day, in order to give employment to all.
And more thing we need to change is our attitude. We also need to respect very forms of work and remember that every work has its dignity. Our work culture is very unhealthy and we need to change that. We needto learn from the Gujarthi people, their working culture. You may not have money but that's not the deciding factor. If you have the right emotions, creative enough then you can get yourself to do anything and pass through any hurdles in life. That’s the ultimate resources of your life.
Most of the educated unemployed youths feel that there is a dearth of jobs. Be in the Private or Govt. sector. It is not the truth. Every year many competitive Exams are conducted by the Govt. and also by the Banks to give recruitment to un employees.
How many youths really do good in their graduate level (BA, BSc, B Com) to secure at least 50% marks to become eligible for appearing in some competitive exams. How many Youths are really eligible to appear in the Clerical Exams and the Bank P.O. exams. How many Youths really appear in the various Staff Selection Exams held round the Year?

In college life many students (in some colleges) just fancy around useless things. Bunk Classes, Dating in parks and canteens, Join some youth Unions. And ultimately many youths secure around 40 - 45% marks in graduation. With such marks can we sit for a competitive exam?
We just elected a party, which specializes in blocking infrastructural and industrial projects, to power, right? We are against inequality, therefore we vote for being equally poor! We are against pollution, so we vote against any activity, for after all pollution is the by-product of living! We are worried that the benefits of any job-creating project will not benefit all, so we react against any project! Finally, just imagine if a substantial number of people are employed in a modern capitalist sector. Who will then be there to enforce bandhs and hartals that we as a state enjoy? So let us not crib! It is a question of survival. After studies if one find himself in a place where there are no jobs, of course he will go out of that place to find greener pastures. Given the environmental requirements of the state the only industries advantageous are Tourism and Software. What have we done for software
