Mohan was poor young boy. People thought he would not able to study or go to school as he did not have money to buy books. But Mohan was a hardworking boy and did not give up. He started working in the post office offer school hours to earn some money.
One day, he decided to write a letter to god. He asked God to help him find the money to buy his school books. The clerk at the post office saw the postcard. He decided to do something to help the hard working boy. He spoke everyone and asked each person to give a small sum of money. Everyone helped as they knew Mohan was deserving boy.
Finally, the money was given o Mohan’s teacher who bought the books and gave them to Mohan.
At first, Mohan did not understand what had happened. When the teacher explained everything, he realized that god had answered his prayer for help in this indirect manner. He thanked everyone for their kindness and that night said a special prayer of thanks god.
Sometimes, God answers prayers in was you don’t expect. Mohan prayed to god to find money to buy books. God answered is prayer by seeing that Mohan got the books instead of the money. God made sure that Mohan got what he really needed and sincerely prayer for, god sees what is in each and every person’s heart and knows what each one really needs.
God helps us by giving us what we really need
It dies not matter what form of God a person prays to as long the prayer is sincere and heartfelt. The same God is worshipped regardless of the name by which the person refers to God. It is like talking to god in different languages. God doesn’t need a translation. God listen to the words in a person’s heart.
