I feel that the feminist characteristics are never absolute , they are always relative to the male characteristics and hence we end up underestimating the approach of feminist approaches of dealing problems in organizations. the fault possibly lies in the language which reflected the undermining of the fairer side of the yin yang.

The greatest curse, is when men and women begin quarrelling with each other. Is it not enough that men quarrel with one another? I don't mean, that feminists quarrel with men, but those men who agree with feminists, undermine both the feminist,(because the feminist may feel that men who agree with them, have no business to be around), and also do not help their own cause either. What need does a man have to agree or disagree with a lady, or what need does a lady have to do so, also?

Feminism is an ideology that both men and women can subscribe to. It started as a movement to give women voting rights, later on for reproductive rights, protection at the work place, equal opportunities in terms of wages and so on. You misconstrued it as some kind of petty, primary school quarrel between boys and girls.
