What is reality? Is it what we feel is true. Or is it what we are taught is true. Or is it just our perception of anything that is true.
And if everyone has different feelings, different teaching and different way of perceiving the same thing. Then what is truth in itself. Does truth vary from person to person, place to place and from time to time. Then how could it be truth if it varies and changes all the time.
Or is the experiences one has everyone’s personal truth and has nothing to do with reality. And who can then judge whose truth is the universal truth. Or is there something called as truth. And how do we know in one specific situation how we should deal as we act according to our own understanding of the reality.
Each individual has his own universe which resides in his mind. I think mind is not a part of universe but universe is a part of the mind.
To understand reality, and to come to terms with reality, first come to terms with yourself, and understand yourself. You are not what others want you to be, or what you want yourself to be. You are what you exist as. You are yourself, and perhaps, you need not imagine, what you are. Can you accept my perception of reality? Perhaps, if you don't, then you would rather wonder about who you are.
