Government job or Private job

I feel that Government Jobs are much better than Private Jobs reason behind the stability which u can expect in Government jobs is not available in Private jobs. Let’s take an example of the current conditions only . People from various good institutes are preferring Government jobs to the Private jobs coz they provide slow but steady growth. Apart from that I feel if you are confident enough and hard working you can prove ourselves in Government organizations as well. Its not like only private sectors gives opportunity. It all depends on individuals (their views) n their capacity to prove themselves.

Government jobs do not recruit people based on intelligence and skill on the first place rather people who have a good political influence and are ready to bend down to any extent are benefited. your talents and abilities are confined to ourselves and the pay is also not that high..

based on intelligence and skill private job is better option People are in Government job either they are using ransom or they can't work for their best. people who join a job need a better output after that if he doesn't then he try his skill in some best field. but in case of Government jab people think that it is their wife's home they just enjoy the payment without working a single program work load increasing and increasing. only private company got the success Government job is the job of lazy.

But I think Government jobs are better than private jobs because of following reasons:

1.It is the job for the govt. of our country. Many people depend on it directly or indirectly. for example:

{a} electric department etc.

2.Job is something whose main aim is money definitely every one want to live and fulfill life basic needs.

3.The work load is definitely less than private companies.

4.Due to 6 pay commission pact: salary of employees also increase.

This list is not going to end so definitely it is good and beneficial to be in government jobs.
