I think as we are Indian and nowadays all person have very upsets schedule of life some person woke up 9 o' clock and some 8 o clock same way some sleep at 9 o' clock and some at 2.00 pm but as per my way your schedule should be this way.
1. Woke up at 5.30 Am.
2. Drink 1 glass water before fresh.
3.Go to Fresh.
5.Do Yoga / Excercise 1 Hour.
6. Rest 15 Minutes after Yoga/Ecercise.
7. Go To Bath.
8. Do Prayer after Bath.
9. Eat Breakfast and Prepare Tiffin etc.
10. Prepare for Office, school or other as per your daily working hours.
11. After office hours when you come to home first wash your hand.
12.Attend Bath if required.
13. Take Tea or coffee.
14. Rest for 20 Minutes.
15. Do some thing like singing, ringing Guitar etc .
16. After That take dinner.
17. Teach your children or see homework etc.
18. Go for Bed.
19. Remember to God.
20 If there is 11 PM then sleep .
actually its my daily routine if you like then you try it .
