Simple straightforward techniques are available to improve our concentration skills.They are easily achievable.Some methods of improving concentration are as follows.
The most important technique is PRACTISE.Mind is a muscle,the lesser you use it ,the weaker it gets.Practise concentrating on anything atleast 30 minutes per day and now work your own concentration techniques .Eventually u can see that your brain and mind becoming stronger and sharper.
Another technique is meditation.There is a particular meditation technique named trataka or candle flame gazing.This is terrific for building mental fortitude mental focus and willpower.For practising this,first sit up in a relaxed position,now set up a glowing candle three feet away from you at eyelevel.See that the room is darkened.Begin to gaze without blinking at the flame as long as you are comfortable.The next step is to focus on its after imageand try to fix it on the centre of your forehead.Once the image fades out do the process again ,continue it fot 5-10 minutes.Dont strain your eyes during gazing period.Relax and do it.
