India is a such a wonderful country to live , but the constant terror threats across the border, makes people to worry about the safety. As a matter of fact the Indian law needs a change, and must be renewed according to the modern world. A strict law will definitely help the country to move faster towards the development. Strict in the sense, we don't want to be very cruel, but at the same time new law must comes and must be enacted, in such a way, it must teach a lesson who move in a wrong way. fear must be there, such that everybody must be afraid because if they do mistakes, they have too face serious consequences under our Law. So let us dicuss from people point of view,
1) When we consider the Noida killings, do you think that the kilers will get punishment very soon. I guess the law system in India will make this case to go on for years and years. In such a case like this, where the culprit has done something bad, must be given a punishment, which sets an example to others who do bad things like this. It is against the human rights to torture any person, even if it is a culprit. But at the same time we must think the fact that these culprits tortured and killed innocent children. So a law must be enacted in such a way that these culprits gets immediate death punishment and they must suffer and die. Exception must be given to these cases from the human rights. I knew this is practically hard to get implemented in India, but still if we wish that no more cases like this to happen in future, these kinds of law is necessary. If we want we can go for a nation wide voting, before enacting the law, so that let us hear the public opinion. I guess more than 75 percent of the Indian people, will support this law.
2) Last year in China, death sentanec were given to those who involved in the adulteration of Milk powder, which resulted in the death of innocent kids. Do you think that justice will be given very soon in our country. hope the answer is no. So a quciker and better way of judging the case must be implemenetd. Example, in the case of Rathore case, you knew when the Justice was given adn that too a person, who was responsible for the death of an innocent girl, was given 6 months jail after 16 years. As a matter of fact, he came out in bail and is happlily spending his time in his home.
3) Strict law against terrorism is needed. If a terrorist is caught he must be hanged immediately after getting all the information, rather than spending cores and crores of money or his security. It was said that more than 30 crores were spend for Kasab's security and people felt he was the most secure person in India. So a strict permission against terrorism, will definitely brings down the terror threat and terrorism. We must also give severe punishment for those who make hoax calls wantedly, to create a rumor.
Indian law says that death sentence can be given to those cases which is considered as the "RAREST OF RARE CASE". Do you think that the Noida killing is a general case. It is one of the worst case in India and the killers must be given immediate death. So friends, these are some of my views about the law in India, and please share your thoughts about this topic.
