Masala Pulav        Items         Pasumathi Rice - 500 gram        Big onion - 100 gram        Tomato - 100 gram        Green chili - 4        Green peas - 1 hand full        China garlic - 8 pieces        Chili powder - 2 spoons        Coriander powder - 1 spoon        Cashew nut - 15 pieces        Garam Masala - 1 spoon        Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon        Saunt - 1 spoon        Cinamon - 2        Glove - 4        Mint leaves - 1 handful        Coriander - 1 handful        Ghee - 100 gram        Oil - 50 ml        Coconut milk - 1 glass       Steps          Soak the rice for 1 Hour. Filter the water from rice after soaking. Cut the Onion, Tomato. Grind the Ginger, garlic. Take a Big cooker. Add oil, ghee and heat it. After heating add Cinamon, Glove, Cashew nut and start to fry it. Now add the grinded Ginger, Garlic. Now add the Tomato, Onion. Add the Green peas, Turmeric powder, Coriander, Garam masala, green chili to it. Now add coconut milk and salt. Now put the rice into it. Now close the Cooker and after 2 whistles take it Masala Pulav is ready.
