You may have good qualification and good talent. But while having face to face interview they make mistakes which them to non-eligibility of job. So let us know how to rectify those mistakes.
1. In a face to face interview, the questions will be asked on the subject and even normal questions. They even may ask personal questions and about your goals too. We should answer those questions with a lot of confidence. You should prepare yourself in such a way that you should be able to answer any question related to your goals.
2. Answering the questions asked by the interviewer is not only your job in the interview. So you can ask few questions related to the job which shows how much importance you give to the job. You can ask about methods of working and job responsibilities. But you should not ask about a career.
3. Some questions asked by the interviewer may make you feel bad. But if you become anger and answer them rudely then it will be loss for you. Sometimes they ask such questions to test your nature. So we should not give answers rashly. Therefore, it is suggested to give a sensitive answer in a very polite manner.
4. Taking cell phone into the interview hall is not good manner. If it is necessary to take it then it is advised to keep it in silence more but never keep your mobile in vibration mode. Because it will disturb you in the middle of the interview. Sometimes people do mistake, by asking permission from the interviewers and they attend the call. This shows that you give much importance to your personal things much compare to your job.
5. While having an interview, some people keep on observing time which is not at all a good thing. This is one of the best mistakes. It shows that you give much importance of time and people are wasting your time. It is suggested you to completely concentrate completely on interview only.
