Especially in winter, the problem is known: It will start the car and you will hear only a faint "click" ... a clear sign that the car has given up the ghost. This memory is not only the state of charge, but also responsible. And this fall, the more you drive short distances and the more memory-eaters such as alarm systems, seat heating and central locking systems are activated, and is driven sufficiently far from the car battery to recharge. It should, be taken as possible conserves batteries to use the car and the battery case are kept clean as possible, as well as terminals and grease with acid protection to preserve the poles. A further precaution is to regularly checking the acid level of the battery. But sometimes it's no good and must be given start-up. 

The following tips are important: 

Both batteries must have the same voltage; both vehicles must not touch and the battery to charge to remain on board network. Because of the explosion a completely discharged battery may not start strange. 

The engine of the current supply cars should run. First, the red jumper cable is both the positive terminal of discharged battery, and attached to the positive terminal of the good battery. The black cable is then attached to the negative battery dispenser, the other end to the engine or body mass.

India has to import a significant portion of its oil needs.During 1992-93,our import bill for petroleum and petroleum products was nearly 17100 crores,which rose to a staggering Rs.71,500 crores in 2000-01.In spite of the phenomenal growth in our petroleum industry,we have to import a huge quantity crude oil and petroleum products from other countries.The industry has witnessed tremendous progress in the field of oil-exploration and production,refining and marketing petroleum products.Domestic crude oil production reached the peak level of 330 lacs tonnes in 1990-91.However it came down to 303 lacs tonnes during 1991-92 but is rose again.after remedial measures,to approaximately 327 lacs tonnes in 1999-2000.The constant increase in the price of oil in the international market since 1973 has worsened the energy crisis in India.It has put tremendous strain on our developing economy and there is an urgent need of energy efficient machines and devices,particularly automobiles because transport sector is main consumer of petroleum products.In the context of energy crisis and ever increasing oil import bill,high priority should be given to conservation of oil and petroleum products in transport,industrial,agricultural and household sectors.

Don't By Cell Phones In Univer-Cell; Wanna Know Why? Just read below:Second Hand Cell-Phones!: The main reason you don't wanna buy cell phones in Univer-Cell is they all are second hand phones, shockingly!. And there is a whole big  business truth behind the scene. "The Quarter Exchange Trick" Wonder why the cell phones released in developed countries are not released at the same time here in our country and the developing country as well as the not developed country?!!?. The reason is the cell phones are released in 4 quarters. First Quarter(January-to-March): During the first quarter the cell phones are released in well-developed country like the American Nations, Japan... And when the consumers are not satisfied or they feel like they are using an out-of-date cell phone they sell it to those stores who buy second hand cell phones, and they reproduce those second-hand into new-look like cell phones and they keep in stock to sell in the next quarter or they export those cell phones to the developing countries or not well developed countries like the european countries! Second Quarter (April-to-June): Then the used mobile from the first quarter gets exported to the not well developed countries to be sold in the second quarter, the European countries are likely to be hold for the Second Quarter Mobile Phones. Some new mobiles will also be mixed in the sales with second hand phones from the first quarter.Note:  Not all the mobile phones are sold this way. Third Quarter (July-to-September): Eventually the mobiles used in the second quarter are sent to the countries like our country( India!). And we people happily buy anything    if we are to get  things free(like Rs.30/- Reebok T-shirt). So it is so easy for them to fool people like us. And Univer-Cell is likely one of them, all they sell us are the old mobile phones.( We Happily Buy Used-Mobile-Phones). Fourth Quarter ( October- to- December): During this quarter the second hand mobile phones from the third quarter are sent to the not developed countries, to be sold!.Univer-Cell: Make Sure You Never Buy A Cell Phone There! Why not buy a cell phone in Univer-Cell? 'Cause they are fraud,999%. Let me tell my true story: My w205: I bought a cell phone which was my first one actually, on october 2009 It's a Sony Ericsson w205, for Rs. 5250/-, now its available for a price of Rs.3250/- . They didn't let me check the mobile, i was allowed to check only after i bought the phone.( Man!, they are money eaters!). Then I went home. After reaching home just after 8 hours, I was checking my mobile how its functioning, I was terrified they gave me 1 GB memory card free. It was in the phone. When I checked the free space it showed only 500 MB, then i went directly to the Univer-Cell store, then they told me wait for a minute, I waited for 25 minutes, no reply came!. Then they told me they have to format the mobile phone and the memory card, and they "Master-reset" my cell phone without asking me, unfortunately I already loaded and changed some of the setting added message groups, but everything was formatted! 40 Complaints With The Mobile: Then after ten days I was really petrified, 'cause i had tons of faults and errors and hardware malfunction in the cell-phone i bought from Univer-Cell!. Then i made a list of complaints I had with that cell-phone, when i showed it( the list) to my friend they were totally shocked, they didn't believe me at all, then i had to show them the 40 errors  on the cell-phone,that i'd short-listed.  Then me and my buddies took the cellphone, the list of complaints to the Univer-Cell store, even they were totally shocked, they were pretty good actors, they asked me to pin the list of complaints to their customer service bill and the form. Nearly every worker in that could-for-nothing store were shocked. Then they told me to come after ten days so they would service my cell-phone, i asked why would it take ten days. They simply said that the mobile has to go to chennai, for the service, so only it takes time, that's all they said. After Ten Days: Then after ten days i went to the store, and they gave me my cell-phone before that i was asked to wait for 40 minutes( damn they really don't know how to treat customers!) then when i got my mobile from their dirty hand and saw my mobile screen, i was shocked again. The screen was so much scratched, blurred, destroyed, luckily i had my screen covered with a scratch pad worth Rs.120!. Then i asked what happened to my screen, and they said that "its nothing, the employee was using your mobile for some days", and i was shocked again. i mean how in the fucking hell , and who in the lords name gave authorization to USE  my mobile phone, they simply replied "Don't worry , your phone is working good now". And then i asked a scratch pad for my cell phone screen they said "its only  120 rupees sir you can buy that in the store outside",and i was driven outside!. What they call a SERVICE-LIST! So then again after ten days i had some battery problems. Note: Remember all this happened just in two months!. I went to the Univer-Cell store and i enquired them about the Services They've done to my cell-phone. They said they would give me a list of services that were done to my mobile and asked me to come after 10 days. Note: Remember every time i go to the store it costs me nearly 100 Rs. Then i went to their store again after ten days, but they said it would take another 10 days, then again after 10 days i went there, but the answer was same, i got a bit tensed and at high tone i asked them about the SERVICE LIST, then they told me they would mail to me e-mail ID, but still now i didn't get any mail from them, all this because of a second-hand mobile i bought from Univer-Cell. Another Friend Who Got "Served" pretty Bad: Without asking me my friend bought a Nokia 5800 from the Univer-Cell, actually this friend of mine is a pretty good genius, i don;'t know how the  he ended up in the that  SECOND HAND SELLING UNIVER-CELL store. He found out it was a second hand just in two days. Believe me there are loads and tons of ways to find out whether your phone is duplicate or original. He got screwed up pretty bad, the Nokia 5800 was malfunctioning, restarting itself and many more problems too. My advice is don't by cell phones from Univer-Cell,  cause still now i'm having problems with my w205, i "master-reset'd" a tons of times, still no good! Moreover the employees  in the Univer-Cell store suck, they dont respect you, I'm just telling you the  TRUTH. Remember: Don't Lose Money For the waste piece of (s)crap from UNIVER-CELL!

 

Car Driving: How to Start Car with a Weak Battery

Driving a car is a passion rather than a basic requirement of our daily life. When we board a car, we would always like to be on the driver’s seat, as occupying the drivers seat is a real pleasure in our life. We dream about a life where our first desire would to be an owner of a car. Car gives us comfort, luxury and status in the eyes of the on lookers.

We approach our car press button on the remote occupy the driver’s seat and drive away to our destination. We need not wait for the bus. We do not make ourselves a part of the crowd rushing to occupy a seat in local trains and metros. We feel ourselves the luckiest family having a prize possession that is a Car.

In spite of all the above we sometimes become targets of peculiar gaze of the onlookers when our car breaks down or we become a traffic-stopper and vehicles on our rear blare and honk on us. We sometimes land in a trouble because of minor faults in our car or due to our poor expertise in driving.

Let us discuss a common problem that we face with our cars and the probable ways to address it without taking help of some trained Motor Mechanic:

Car does not start due to Weak Battery:

If our car battery is older than 18 months then its capacity for recharging and in turn providing adequate power supply to the self-starter to start the car, is considerably reduced. In such cases, the automobile workshops advise us to replace the battery with new ones. Yet, during the intervening periods, we need to know the ways to start the car.

We face similar problem when we keep our car unused for prolonged periods and the battery is discharged on its own.

1.    Push Start: There are two ways to start a car with a weak battery. The first one is our age-old system of ‘Push Start’. The user’s guide provided by the car-manufacturers along with the vehicles do not recommend this way of starting the car. Yet, we have to resort to this way if the car stops in a remote place where there is no other way to move vehicle and reach out for a safer place.

First, make adequate arrangements for moving the car manually. Here are the ways to move the car manually for ‘push start’. Place your car on a down gradient and let the car roll down for picking-up adequate speed for moving it in 2nd gear. The other way is to take help of someone to push the car from the rear for achieving a desired speed.

Now, before moving the car you need to occupy driver’s seat and take the following actions in proper sequence:

Move the gear lever to ‘2nd gear’; press the clutch paddle full; press the accelerator a little; insert the ignition key and twist it to ‘switch-on’ position; Now ask someone to push the car as described in the proceeding paragraph. Wait for the car to achieve the desired speed.  Then release the clutch until the engine starts. Your car engine will start running.

Push the clutch again and bring the gear lever to ‘neutral gear’.  Now either you run the engine in idle condition or else drive away to your destination.

2. Kick Start: The recommended way to start a car is by ‘kick start’ system. For this you need to have a well-charged battery or else you may use any other battery fitted on a car.  Now you need to have a pair of two-meter long thick electric cables strong enough to withstand 30amp load. There should be crocodile clips properly attached to both the ends of the cables.  Patented readymade ‘Jump Start’ cables are also available in the market and it is advisable to have one pair of cables in our car for crisis management.

The ‘Jump Start’ procedure is simple. Bring the other car near to your car; connect the red cable to the Positive Ports (marked +) of batteries of both the cars; connect the black cable to Negative Ports (marked -) of both the batteries. By doing this you have connected the well-charged battery of the other car to your car. In other words, you are now using the battery of the other car for your own car.

Now occupy the driver’s seat; bring the gear lever to ‘neutral gear’; push clutch paddle full; insert ignition key in its slot and start your car as usual. For keeping the engine running apply hand break; let the car be in ‘neutral gear’; let the ignition key remain in its slot; open the window glass of driver’s door and come out of your car leaving the engine in ‘idle running’.

Remove the cables and keep them in your trunk. Shift the other car to its original place. Now you should drive away for recharging your car battery. Go for a long drive at least for 5 – 10 km possibly at lower gears and essentially without putting-on your AC.

In this way your battery will be recharged for your normal use.  In some types of batteries, you need to check the acid-level in the battery. If the level has gone down you may pour some distilled water by opening the caps with the help of a coin.

In general, Battery-life is specified between 18 – 24 months if your battery has crossed its 18-month life, then you have to be vigilant about your battery, as it would not recharge well and supply inadequate power output required by the self-starter to start your car-engine. Eventually, you should change the battery at right time. There are good exchange-offers in the market, so that you may exchange your old battery with a new one at a lower rate even before it is completely drained-out.
