Head ache is a common thing happening in our daily life this is because of personal problems, Pollution, Office tension, stress. Head aches are several types some of this is.

2. Due to tension and stress.

And due to some diseases also we may cause head aches.
Migraine Headache:
This headache is caused due to the Over heat in the body, Restless for eyes i.e. watching more time television's and systems, seeing the vehicles lamps etc, and hormonal in balance are the causes for Migraine headaches.
Symptoms:
This is the pain starts in the head and leads to the pain in eyes, nausea, may cause vomitings and tasteless to mouth.
Medication:
This can be treated by the medicines even though a good sleep helps in relieving this headache.

Headache due to tension and stress:
This headache is caused due to the heavy stress due to the financial problems, Office stress and Tension causing reasons.

The stress in the muscles may carry pain to the head which makes your head heavy.

This is relieved by doing meditation regularly.
Headache due to alcohol:
This headache is caused due to over dosage of alcohol.

This will feel so bad that we cannot move due to this our head will have a lot of pain.

Taking butter milk or Lemon juice will help in relieving this pain.
Constant headache:
This is caused due to the some in balance in the body as this is not a danger one.
Medication:
Taking hot strong tea helps to relieve pain.

How to relax during Headache:
1. During headache doesn't stay in home just go to park and relax.
2. Close your eyes and start dreaming that you are going to some other countries.
3. Stop looking at the movies and turn your head so it will give some relaxation.
4. Take a Tub bath for nearly an hour so it reduces pain.
5. Take a fresh air breath in the garden so it also reduces pain.

1. Coffee: This is the one of the common habit we follow when we are suffering with headache. As this gives a temporary relief we can take two cups of coffee. If coffee is taken heavy it causes lose of water in the body and causes dehydration which leads you to the headache.
2. Tea: This is one of the best home remedy which all our ancestors followed and we are continuing it. Due to work tension headache will come commonly. There are many types of herbal tea's which will give relief from headache.
